Owner and staff are super nice and the goods are delicious! My favorites are her ham and cheese on baguette, all the flaky, creamy, sweet, fruit, indulgent desserts and the mocha chocolate gf cookie! Will continue to come for the baked goodies and warm vibe.

I'm glad this place is still open, I think during covid they were totally shut down:/ I loved their savory stuff actually! The quiche was amazinggg. (Their sweets / baked goods were only okay IMO, kinda too dry for my liking.) My friends in Long Beach love this place so I'm glad it's still around.It's only open on weekends, so plan accordingly!

ITS NOT CLOSED!!! Yelp and google say it is closed, but Happy Cow is back and as good as ever! Open on weekends 10 AM to sold out, everything here is homemade, fresh, and amazing. It is such a labor of love. The owner is so friendly and will chat with you and recommend her favorites. They have pastries, vegan options, and sandwiches made with fresh bread.

This place is around the corner from my sister's apartment so we walked over one weekend for breakfast. They are only open on weekends, since during the week they do catering or something like that. There was about a 20 minute wait, but it was SO worth it. The owner (I believe she was the owner) bakes whatever she feels like on weekends, she had about a dozen different options for fresh-baked sweet and savory items. I ordered a cranberry baguette "sandwich" with prosciutto and brie, and it was AMAZING. The iced coffee was awesome too. I will definitely be back!!
