Apple goat cheese Danish was everything you need in morning pastry. Lightly sweet, flaky, and a tad herby. 10/10

Hey sister mocha is unlike any mocha I've had before. Its pink peppercorn forward (if thats your thing) lemony after taste. Not for me, but its uniqueness overshadows any disregard I had for the pepperyness

The workers are so friendly. That's always a plus when trying out a new coffeeshop/bakery. It says alot about the team and the owners of this establishment.

I have not been to the store because my wife brings it to our home.
We had the almond croisant...woof just like from a boulangerie...the Rosa St sourdough is a bread that will make anything you do with it a A+ sandwich to eggs benny...the crumb cake is great also...lite and airy...a Long Beach...SoCal must visit....🥂

We came in a little before closing on a Saturday staff was very friendly and patient even though it was close to closing. We ended up getting to loafs of bread, cookies and a danish. Everything was delicious would highly recommend

I’ve been a customer since their early days at the Farmer’s Market. I’m so glad they finally have a place where I can sit to sip on a drink with my favorite pastries!

Excellent addition to the Zaferia neighborhood. Had the pan au chocolate which was the flakiest of flaky pastries (compliment) with a chocolate center. I washed it all down with their mocha latte that was made with 56% Ecuadorian Dark Chocolate which was a rich treat to finish off my chocolate bomb of a breakfast. Can't wait to try more things!

I was looking for a good bakery for simple plain sourdough bread. I didn’t care for pastries or donuts or any of that and this hit the mark and exceeded expectations. I’ve been going every Tuesday since I found them and will continue doing so

Hey brother is actually a long beach legend in the bakery scene and I'm so glad they finally have a brick and mortar spot! Their croissants are easily the best in town and they're a staple for a lot of the local spots that sell their bread. I'm so happy to buy directly from them now and will be going back again and again.

My family’s favorite spot for sourdough bread! We first discovered them at the farmers’ market, and I’m so glad they have a store now.

So happy they opened up! This place serves up awesome bagels and killer olive bread. Also, I really liked their sticky bun. I personally think their bread tastes better than Colossus or Gusto bakery. Excited to keep trying more of their items.

Incredible, simply incredible! The flavor profiles in the curry potato puff pastry, the morning bun was one of the best I’ve ever had, and who knew I needed a sweet corn cookie so much?!?

They just opened and are absolutely crushing it. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Currently in their soft opening with plenty of savory and sweet baked goods including great sourdough bread. They also have a full coffee menu.
