In the world of soups, I have always been a pho girly, but I have enjoyed trying ramens here and there. I have always felt that they were very salty, dense or too rich. This ramen proved me wrong! The broth is rich without being overly salty or dense. The pork was perfectly cooked and the noodles were simple and delicious. I added garlic to my bowl and it was even better! We also got the crispy chicken and it was a great appetizer, but I wished I would have left myself more space...
One of the best bowls of Ramen I've ever had. Their noodles are fresh, and their vegan ramen's broth was flavorful and rich. The toppings were amazing, and I added bamboo to mine as well, and they use high-quality bamboo. My only complaint would be that their brcolini is far too oily, but I loved everything else in that bowl. I'll absolutely be returning.

The tonkotsu ramen is delicious and the house made noodles are of the highest quality around. I’ve tried a lot of the ramen places around and none of them come close. The vegan ramen is a favorite of my plant based friends. Add egg and black garlic oil to elevate your bowl a little!
