the restaurant was completely empty so tell me why my order took over 30mins to come out!! i had to ask multiple times where my order was and when it finally came out the woman working on my order wasn’t even wearing gloves. i understand that there’s a sign warning of cross contamination but no gloves while handling food? beyond disgusting and harmful. my iced coffee was mostly ice and a waste of my time and money. do not come here unless you want a food borne illness and to wait for cold food. 0 stars if i could.

Took over 20 minutes to get our order. Place was almost empty. Two iced lattes, bagel with salmon, turkey breast sandwich. Was almost 50$ total. Can’t really taste the pumpkin spice in the latte, coffee is too strong. Bagel is lopsided, uneven.

I got there, everyone inside already had their food. I ordered a burrito and it took 30 minutes to get it. Multiple groups of people ordered their food after me but got their food before me. When I asked why it took so long I got an answer that made no sense and when I inquired further the girl gave me a look and turned around and walked away. Horrible horrible service.

My favorite freaking place but this lady has left out my fries three times on fries Chris cut did they come with tater tots so how did you eat about anything? I have my sandwich with no side order at all.

Bee’s Knees Milk Tea was so bad. Breakfast sandwich was ok but definitely not worth over $10. Mango Smoothie had a pretty good taste but super liquidy. Overall just not worth the price.

Food was good but didn't like that they don't step out or have a mic to let people know their orders are ready. I suggest investing in Hanes ketchup packets instead of giving out random fast food ketchup packets and learn to make a in house salsa, not hard at all because you can taste the Herdez salsa they give. Would not recommend.

Without A/C this place is extremely hot even on a moderately warm day. Sadly, if there are a lot of people ahead of you, waiting inside for your order is very uncomfortable because of the temperature. Since the place is in a residential neighborhood, they don't have a way to announce orders outside the building (where waiting is much more comfortable).I had to wait a long time inside for my side order of fries, because as it seems, whoever was supposed to do them, forgot. When I finally got the order, the food was unedible, undercooked, drenched in oil, and just nasty. When I tried to get a refund, one of the ladies (the one had forgotten to her job?) got all huffy and puffy about it (unlike the lady in a green shirt who at least was nice). Rather than admitting her mistake, and refunding the order on the card, the lady in a white shirt wanted to give me back the money in cash ($4.95), but did not give me back the tax or the tip. Thanks for being petty and giving me 10x$0.10 (I had a $0.05 coin) rather than singles/a $5 bill.Great job at building a loyal customer base, Honeybee's. Sheesh. Will be looking at filing a chargeback with my credit card.

Got a Vietnamese iced coffee. Flavor was great but my drink was filled with so much ice that it was standing above my coffee by a half inch. Finished the large cup in 6 small sips and was left with a cup full of ice up to the lid. 6 sips for an $8 coffee is a ripoff. Burrito was decent.

Coffee was great! No AC or dogs indoors. The honeybee's breakfast sandwich is very heavy. Don't recommend it unless you've just run a marathon. It does taste as much like a cheeseburger as I've ever experienced from a bacon sandwich with no beef. Something about the melted cheese and onions and the sweet mayo sauce.
