My first time trying it & the coffee was nasty. As a former barista there should never be partials of espresso in the drinks . So that means you’re not cleaning the machine out or using good liners. Secondly, they Put way too much ice in the drinks to where you’re not tasting it. Lastly, when I got a new drink which was a large it was WATERED DOWN & huge amounts of dark espresso floating around the drink. I threw out the whole drink & wasted 12 dollars. Should have asked for a refund but I’m going to write this. If you don’t like your job don’t work there. If you don’t like cleaning don’t create a business . The place outside of nice, the breakfast was good as well. Not bad but other than that I wouldn’t trust to eat here. It looked really dirty in their kitchen so.

Honeybee’s is my go-to when visiting Long Beach. I had the vegetarian sandwich which is served on a nice baguette and has pickles and peppers to make it really flavorful.

I ordered a coconut bowl that I got delivered to me I got a call from the resturant tried to call back and I got no answer. I ended up getting my food which tasted sour for some odd reason and watery and was nothing like an acai bowl I am usually impressed with this restaurants service although recently not so much they definitely just lost a customer.

Just picked up a breakfast order and everything was wrong. My Build Your Own Breakfast sandwich was supposed to come with egg, tomatoes, and sausage on a bagel...I got home, opened up my sandwich, and it's just a sausage patty. Just a single lonely dry looking sausage, no egg or anything else. Then to make matters worse, my matcha with boba came with no boba straw so am I supposed to scoop the boba out with a spoon after I drink the liquid?! SO DISAPPOINTINGGGGG

I've been coming to this place for like 2 months & i used to love it but i found LIVE MAGGOTS in my bag in which i received my food in. Literally disgusting i spent $40 there today & you would think they'd check their bags & food to make sure that they're up to code but apparently not. It's a shame cause they make bomb coffees but you won't catch me at a place that clearly doesn't care about the health of the customers. An issue like this doesn't just happen in a day, maggots build up over time so clearly this was an ongoing issue & they couldn't have just appeared today. If you're going to risk it & eat here check your food & bags first!!
