Just woke up sick in the middle of the nigh a few hours after eating half a sandwich. I ordered something that didn't have onion but specified no onion anyways just to be safe. ( I'm allergic)It tasted a bit like onion when I ate it so I only ate half. But I couldn't see onion so I couldn't exactly take it back and complain. Just stopped eating. Now I'm ill and it has to be from that due to my allergic reaction. It's all I ate. Ridiculous. Not sure what was done in the food prep safety or if cross contamination occurred. I still have half the sandwich as I saved it for my sister, so will inspect it when I'm recovered.I have an intense business trip so missing my flights is going to be extremely negatively impactful. I can't believe I paid $20 for a plain sandwich just to get sick and miss flights.

I felt bad because there was only one girl working but my sandwich was supposed to have avocado and mine didn’t have any ? didn’t realize till I got home

The sandwich is price, about 15 bucks for one, but it is delicious. Their sourbread is amazing and the size is like 2 servings depending how hungry you are. I love their creative names. Only thing I didn't appreciate was the tomatoes I requested off, thankfully not allergic and could take it off. Other than that, it satisfied my sandwich craving. Also, their vegetarian section is commendable, they looked so tasty and I'm not a vegetarian myself but enjoy seeing the options for friends.

My son ordered delivery for us today and I got the Jim Rome and was very happy with the mix of flavors. It was a big sandwich for me, so I had half and saved the other half for later. Definitely will be back! P.S. The sandwich was just as good the next day!!

Took over a hour to complete 2 sandwiches, I also witnessed them give the wrong sandwich to the wrong customer for takeout, a man with green hair said I don't f***ing know which person it was, then when the correct person showed up they had to scramble to make his order. They are pretty disorganized and seem to poorly communicate with each other regarding orders. A lot of irritated customers standing around constantly asking when their order will be coming out. Food was prepared in a mad rush to satisfy customers. Please don't come here if you are on a schedule. If you don't care about time or quality and are at the LBX to have a few beers then this place will be fine.

okay, first of all, i just want to address my 3 stars does not deal with flavor... flavor is very good! i absolutely hated the menu and that brought it down for me. i got the Menage a Toi Sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. i would highly recommend this -- you may already notice it is a recommended and highly favorited sandwich and i agree! the thing that got me was the organization of the menu, or lack thereof. there are a TON of sandwiches to choose from and the way the menu is completely overwhelms and frustrates someone who likes organization, especially with a larger menu. it was only separated into "meat" and "veggie." and from there complete chaos for me. there are numbers for the sandwiches but absolutely no chronological order so #16 is next to #312 and #52 for example. it was hard to discuss the menu with my friend because we had no idea where #16 was since the numbers are all randomly placed. also there was so separations within the meat category of chicken, beef, pork, tuna, etc they were all mixed in. it literally took me about 10 minutes to read the whole menu. i thought there may be some reasoning for the chaos but i don't see anything online regarding it. also, for some reason the calories for all sandwich are off the charts (1400-1600 calories) and they're not that big. i got the ménage a tois sandwich and it apparently is 1600 calories which i have a hard time believing as these are only about 6-7" long and it is not stuffed overwhelmingly. it is very distasteful to knowingly eat a 1600 calorie sandwich. i was so bothered i looked it up and i still don't understand how it's accurate but im sure they wouldn't post it if it wasn't true since it may turn away some customers. and i am no calorie counter but this just blew me away!

I did not like this place. A bunch of things are sweetened. What I thought was a BBQ chicken sandwich was overly sweet, even for bbq sauce. Even when they don't seem to have obviously sweet items in them, they taste sweeter than other sandwiches of a similar makeup from different shops. I just don't like that personally. I can see why people like it though. Just not to my tastes. The "normal" sandwiches are good but the only thing that stands out to me from other sandwich shops is the bread. At $15+ a sandwich though, I'd rather just go somewhere I like more.

The service was great, and the sandwiches were amazing. I like how you can get little lollipops on the side. The manager Caitlynn was super nice too. The Da Vinci sandwich was top tier. I would come back for more.

Rude staff has no one in line still makes me wait 5 minutes to take my order which was a door dash. Rudely tells me I'm too early it's not scheduled for 12 more minutes which is a lie it's 2 mins from pickup time to which the green haired goof replies well uh...it'll be done when it's done.I can understand falling behind but being rude making me wait 5 minutes while u talk to the other 3 people making the food then trying to tell me I'm too early and making up a delivery time is ridiculous.Next time just be honest

Re: update:They responded to this issue the following morning and escalated it to fix the service issue and gifted me a free sandwich for my troubles. This company seems on top of customer service as a priority. Thanks Ike's. I still need to figure out how to dial my order. I think it was a lack of enough sauce that limited my sandwich to just alright last time. (The sauces are phenomenal!)UPDATE:I've had this place 3 times and drove here for a fourth, but we walked up to the counter 8 minutes before 9pm and they were closed early. If you won't serve customers til 9 then change your advertised hours! She told us that the kitchen was already shut down. Geeze! You guys make sandwiches. I'm sure even if you do shut down the kitchen early, that there are some things on the menu you can still make ?Also the 2nd and 3rd times I ate here it was okay, not great. I've been chasing that first amazing sandwich experience with no luck.ORIGINAL review:Wow. Legit AF! It's an experience.First time eating at Ike's, so looking at the menu is overwhelming, but there are so many good options. The bread was so good and fresh (there's a lot of bread with it making it a really filling sandwich). My sandwich was really saucy and I think a lot of them probably are, but trust me this is a good thing! You've got to at least try this place. You can definitely share the sandwich with a friend if you are an average person. Also, lots of vegetarian options and at least the chicken sandwich I had was halal. So they definitely have options for everyone. My GRIPE: I hate the tipping game that started with these New age POS systems so they can increase their revenue (they make like 3% of transactions so your tip increases the POS company's revenue). They prey on you with subconscious social shame offering you options like 18%, 20%, 25% tip on an order that you have to pick up yourself, and you haven't even received your food yet. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Don't feel pressured to select the suggested amount!Give them some cash after you enjoy your food. If they're doing a good job, they definitely deserve it.It's in the hangar LBX, so I gave it a four on ambience, but it's as nice as you can get for a food court.Vegetarian options: They have several vegan meat offerings and I didn't count but I would guess there is probably ten vegetarian sandwiches? Seemed like they were about fifty sandwich options and I only looked at about a dozen and 3 of them were vegetarian.Parking: Busy but big parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm in a wheelchair, 100% accessible with a decent number of handicap spots.

I had the “your favorite Disney character” it was foul. The avocados were not ripe so they had that nasty texture to them. There was the hugest slab of cream cheese I’ve ever had in my life that was so overpowering and gross. It was a good sandwich. This is my first time tying Ikes and I don’t think I will ever return. The staff was friendly
