So apparently In n Out now screws you on your fries order?! Such a disappointment!!!!! Way too expensive for this pathetic order of fries! Only gave it 2 stars because they at least tasted good.

You can't go wrong with in & out this is true for decades, but the patties have gone commercial and they’re smaller you end up with more bun at the end. Where is the beef?

They need to pay more attention to orders

This was terrible my booty hole was burning because of that damn burger it made me have a horrible diarrhea attack never coming back 😡😡😡

I went here on a midnight and ordered a “ medium well “ fries , and the guy double checked my order with me and said it wrong with “ light well “ fries then I correct him and he said ok . And when I paid it the girl checked my order too and she said “ light well “ fries again and I correct her with “ medium well “ fries and she said ok .

When I got my food the guys asked me do I want a ketchup? I said “ sure please “.

When I went home and opened it , it was a LIGHT WELL fries with no ketchup .

Com on In n out , what kind of people you’re hiring ? I double checked with 2 different people and still gave me wrong item.

The drivethru is a mess and the staff working it are rude

For some reason four guys have to huddle around a register and ignore the line of people. The wait was long even though it was fully staffed but disorganized. Burger was good and surprised that the fries were not little pieces of fries. Someone from corporate needs to pay attention to how this store is run. If you can wait to have in-n-out at another location you will have a better experience. Skip this on go the the one on 2nd street

Parking: Large parking lot shared with other businesses. You don’t want to park too close or you get stuck in the drive thru line.

I used to love going to this restaurant. As a conscientious man, I see things that other people may not see. The burgers have become just a salt mess. Way too much SALT! You have employees working with those high fluorescent lights. This business has no conscientiousness of their employees, and how those lights affect them. No improvement on food. Customer service is always great, and that I appreciate.

None of this is going to be a surprise, but the food was fresh and absolutely delicious! We drove in from Las Vegas & were happy to see there were locations here too!

Parking: Parking is the only downside. The drive thru line wraps around both the front and rear of the main center parking spaces, so it's hectic trying to get someone to stop in line just to let you through.

One of my favorite burger spots to visit whenever I’m in the area. The service is quick and efficient. The food is consistent. The people are friendly.

Its In-n-Out so it's good. The drive-thru is a bit wonky when it is busy. The line runs through the regular parking lot of the complex area.
