Lakewood/Long Beach ~which ever city this is...we were in drive thru,got our food less than ten minutes and it wasn't crowded. The food was delicious 😋.

Once again. Every time I get my order to go for home it’s wrong. I ordered 2 protein style burgers today. A double double with grilled onions and a single with regular onions. One bite and NO ONIONS!!!!! WTH!!! I was so disappointed it sucked big time!!!! 😡🤬

Came into this location after seeing a movie. The service was great. The double double is always amazing! 🔥 🍔
The only issue was the service was really slow with such a long line. Might not be on the staff but it was my only complaint as the food and shakes were great.
The best protein and animal style with extra lettuce ordering my life!!! ✨✨✨

We always make a point to visit this chain whenever we're in Las Vegas or LA, but this was the worst visit. The service is always friendly but the burger was awful at this location. My burger was missing half of its patty only covering a fraction of the bun. My partner had the double cheeseburger and both patties covered the bun circumference. My burger was mostly just tomato, onion, lettuce and a soggy bun.
