Absolutely disgusting. Stay away. We came during our lunch, I came early at 11:20 to make sure we had enough time there being we were here in Long Beach for a conference. I was the first person in and the last to leave. After 1:35 of waiting for our meal we finally asked an they said your next in line. Two hours later our food came out, oh yeah cold frozen disgusting food came out. We spoke with the manager and he said we were busy and missed your order. Stay away from cold frozen disgusting food. So at the end we ate very little because we were so late coming back to our meeting, 35 min and took two bites of the cold Nasty food and paid and left. Manager didn’t care.

This location was great, close to the movie theatre. On Google Maps, it shows as Temporarily Closed, but an email I sent to their Corporate confirmed this location will not resume business. Bummer, was a great place/location.

Stopped here on our way to the airport and had a really great meal, lots of choice on the menu, as well as healthy ones. The waiters were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The decor is fun and the place is very clean

Great restaurant in Long Beach Towne Center. The waitress was super friendly and our food was delicious! Easy to order, and select our food from the QR code.
Placed an order over the phone. Customer service was friendly and order was prompt however, It was a huge disappointment with the actual order. I ordered the kids meal slider cheeseburger for my toddler and it was a pathetic excuse for a burger. The meat patty was so small and the edges were so burnt and dry my baby had a difficult time chewing it. I ordered the the Kilauea which comes with fried onions in the burger. I asked for the fried onions on the side but it came inside the burger and got a side of freshly sliced onions. My husband wanted the grilled fish tacos but they only had the fried fish available which was ok.

Went to island unexpectedly and could not be more pleased. The wait time was short and the service was impeccable our waitress Katie Yamaguchi was helpful, polite, courteous, and gave us prompt service. I can not wait to go back

Tonight is the last time my family and I will be returning to Islands. The service was terribly slow and part of our order was forgotten. We placed an order for an appetizer and it was never brought out to us. We weren't asked if we wanted refills on our drinks, waitress seemed MIA almost the entire evening. Not good, especially with an impatient young baby. On top of that, the burgers were extremely dry and lacked highly in flavor, very bland. My burger was a cold temperature. My husband and I are now sick to our stomachs after eating this disgusting food at Islands. Never again! Next time we'll just go to In N Out.
