I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

You can't even order over the phone, and I never saw a review page with so many negative comments on any other business establishment, they usually have negative comments, but also community positive comments ?

Worst experience ever. The server didn’t know what he was taking order of due to lack of menu information. Had to go to the bar to get the correct drinks 4 times . The GM did not help at all. Just gave an excuse saying they were short staffed and we will have to deal with their incompetence staff while we wait 30 minutes for drinks and chips and dip . Walked out. Just drank the drink which we had to get from the bar and ate only chips and dip which showed up after requesting twice . Please go somewhere else . Not worth it .
I placed a delivery order on their website. When the order was delivered items were missing and when I called the restaurant to rectify it, the lady who answered was not aware that this restaurant was inside of the Chilis she was working at. I eventually got to speak with a manager who offered a gift card but said she couldn’t email it, I would have to come in to the restaurant to collect it. I had a disappointing experience all around. The boneless wings were mostly just breading and they were dry and rock hard.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

Service is horrible PERIOD...THE ENTIRE STAFF SHOULD BE REPLACED!! we walked in and sat on the bar side so there was no wait but we wait at least 20 min before any staff greeted us or took our order the main plate came out like 45min later my sides where all scrooed up no excuses the place was not packed with customers we will not be returning they need new management
