“I purchased two tacos ? and a Large Ice Coffee. My Tacos were freshly made and hit the spot. My Ice Coffee was delicious as well. I used the drive through. The Cashier was wonderful as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. She smiled and thanked me for coming.

“Am not sure where in the world I stated I had a great time because I didn’t idk why jack would reply that to my comment I have no issue with customer service the staff are friendly and welcoming they can be busy at times so it seems their short on staff and I give it to those who have to step up and be 3 places at the same time trying to get things done am a regular customer and just recently I had a inconvenience hear I don’t blame the staff I feel like the managers who are in their office not on site or whoever own this jack put their workers for failure I always order on the app and pick up my order and so it seems their has been fraud going on now you are required to show id on orders over 44 dollars which it would be nice if they had notify on the app before purchase because when I got their to pick up i was told they had to cancel my order redo it and so forth which was very inconvenient am unable to jot down the full story but yes have a Sign or something you know but like I said I don’t blame the people who work hear and bust their self working hard I blame those who sit pretty behind their desk with higher positions who don’t have to deal with customers who can be rude and to top it off I haven’t even got a refund and this was Sunday and my bank is already processed the transaction it’s on jack now“

“Just recently the shrinkflation has hit Jack in the Box. As of 2/15/25 the old small is the new medium drink and large drinks went from 40oz to 32 oz. I order the same meal every two weeks and now it is 5 dollars more with a smaller drink. The app has also reduced the offerings for rewards points.
Just disappointed to see this change as these restaurants pay pennies on the dollar for soda.“

What I got from them was just excuses and I'm on my brake??Doesn't fast food restaurants supposed to have employees that can relieve people on brakes? “Customer service is cool, I come in here all the time I recomend downloading the jack in the box app and getting some deals, and even fast service. I got my order within 10 minutes and it was a lot of food, so I recomend the jack wrap and maybe even the jalapeño poppers“
“I always come to this Jack in the Box because it's a couple of blocks from my house. Today I stopped off on my way home from my sons Doctor appointment and decided to get breakfast here. After paying copays and what-not, I hadn't realized my bank account was as low as it was and all I had in cash was $20. I had to embarrassingly ask the gentleman at the window at around 9:30 am to downsize our breakfast to just the main meal (no drink, no extra hashbrown) he could have been rude or rolled his eyes as I have had cust. Service people do before for much less inconveniences, but he didn't. He was very accommodating. I paid for my meal and he wished me a nice day. Something so simple but very much appreciated. In customer service, the tiniest things can make a world of difference. I should have asked his name but I just wanted to get out of his hair. Thank you Wednesday morning drive through gentleman! You made what could have been a more embarrassing situation so much less so. I know this sounds like a first world problem (and maybe it is) but on some of the tougher days, it is so appreciated ❤️“

“This is my favorite fast food burger chain in the area! The combination of being able to order ahead for pickup inside or at the drive thru, great menu selection, deals, and the fast service and helpful staff at this location can’t be beat.
Hands down winner if choosing between Burger King, Carl’s Jr., McDonalds, or Wendy’s. Not every menu item is the best, but I like their burgers better, the curly fries that the others do not have (yeah, McDonald’s has the best regular fries), and the variety of their other selections over those chains.
The regular menu prices are competitive for similar items, but the deals they offer—in app—are better and easier to use than McDonald’s deals. Their rewards program is more straight forward also, and you don’t have to worry about expiring points.“
“This location is usually my go-to, so I was disappointed when I was handed the wrong order. My soda was correct, but I got the wrong burger combo. Sorry to whoever got my order of an Ultimate Bacon Double Cheeseburger, which is totally different than a classic buttery jack. I hope you were just as pissed as I was when I got home. Still ate it cause I was hungry and already too far to return. The quality of the burger pattie itself was okay. It would be better if I had two over and under cheese like I ordered.

“There are many reasons why I can hate and love fast food. But I love this Jack in the box for a couple different reasons.1) the other day when I came to pay for my food, the girl at the drive-thru let me know the people in front of me paid already for my stuff.. naturally I had to pay for the stuff for the people behind me... And luckily both totals were only about $0.25 apart. I thought that was nice because that could make a really big difference in somebody's day, trying to feed their kids or not having too much money.2) it's located in one of the nicest last parts of Long Beach. And it's almost not really that busy ever... Or at least it's not as busy as the McDonald's next door.3) the food quality is fine, the variety is outstanding.. and I love it because you can drive in or walk in and get your food very quickly. They also have coupons you can use that come in the mail and you save a little bit more money4) the ladies that work the drive-thru are probably the nicest ladies I've ever met in fast food. I don't know what it is about this particular restaurant but they just seem really nice maybe it's to me I don't know... but they handle their business quickly and well, they always have a smile, and I'm happy to be there customer.So if I had to give this place a grade, it would be an A-Not at all perfect, but still excellent. Total attributes make it a great place to stop and get food for yourself and family.“
