I went in the drive thru, and it seems they where short handed I had to get off the car to get my order right the moment I got their customer service was so bad the girl was so rude plus on her phone she didn't greet me just looked at me like 'what' I told her I was missing something in my order and that my soda was wrong as well. She didn't say anything she just went and got me my write order and said nothing again. Like this jack that night, everyone was complaining about their order.

My wife and I went to get some breakfast this morning. When we arrived there was a homeless person that ordered a coffee and was graphing the straws that stir. The lady came around and started screaming at the man in front of everyone. Immediately it felt very uncomfortable 😕. I truly wanted to leave and go somewhere else. The way she treated the man was very unprofessional and very discriminating. The man was not even rude or mean just smelled because he was homeless. Never the less he is a paying customer. The are many ways she could have dealt with him but she closed to scream and kick him out of the restaurant. She didn't apologize to anyone in the restaurant. I am very upset with her behavior.

I’m so disappointed! The woman at the drive thru window was soooo nice and pleasant early in the morning so I wanted to mention that before I give my review. I ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich (egg and cheese only) combo. My coffee is a little too sweet but that’s ok. I was almost done with my sandwich until I heard a crunch. It was egg shell!! The cracked shell made it into my sandwich. The hash brown was overly greasy. I won’t be back to this location despite the convenience to my residence.

It doesn't get any worse than one star. Not only food item was missing from my order but the milk shake was not full. Staff or management doesn't take any responsibility on the quality of products and services. Don't waste customers' time and money if your restaurant doesn't have any quality services.
