I'm changing my 3 star review to a 5 star review because after repeated visits I have become very impressed with how the staff handles day to day operations. The day staff is incredibly friendly despite the location being in one of the rougher areas of the city.

My order never arrived and they do not answer the phone. First of all I wrote detailed instructions on how to get to my home and deliver the food to me in my hands. My food never arrived! My phone is currently off so they could not even contact me unless they came to my door. I’ve been trying so hard to call over google wifi but they are not answering. Man I’m broke and just wanted a burger to enjoy myself for once and yall stole from me and didn’t even deliver! Super disappointing. Do not use their app delivery service.

Went through the drive thru. Got wrong size drinks. Asked for extra teriyaki sauce for the bowl and was told that they had none on the side, got back to the hotel and there wasn't enough sauce on the bowl to know it was there. Customer service was rude. Wouldn't return.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box. When I asked a simple question, one of the employees responded with, ā€œYou can’t see or what?ā€ which I found extremely rude and unnecessary. After that, the worker started talking about me with a coworker right in front of me, very unprofessional behavior. I wasn’t being rude or disrespectful; I was just asking for clarification. It’s really disappointing to be treated that way as a paying customer. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better customer service moving forward.

After driving for about 2hrs I decided to grab something quick. I got a to go; let’s make it short! No straws, no ketchup, my fries were haft way full. On top of that I wait for a long time to get an order and to finish a full cup of iced instead of some soda in the cups. Very disappointed!
