Just got an Uber eats order from this place. I chose priority service, so I was the first delivery. I was very close by. This food was disgusting and not really edible. The tacos were greasy and had no lettuce or anything in them and the jumbo jack was stone cold.absolutely pathetic. Avoid this establishment at all cost costs.

The element that made my visit wonderful (which is unusual in a fast food drive through!) was the ladies who worked there. I was there around 10am. on Saturday, February 3rd. Someone should look up the schedule and see what two ladies were working the drive through. They were warm, friendly, personable, and working harder than they should have been.The speaker for ordering was broken and had been for three days. There was a sweet older lady out there busting butt to take our orders and relay them to the cashier. It's ridiculous that corporate hadn't sent someone out to fix it!The day prior, I had pulled in to get a snack and sat in an unmoving line for so long I just turned around and left. The staff said many people did that because ordering took so much longer.Deducted a star for corporate, not the way the on-site staff handled things - they were amazing.

This is a great local spot for all the great stuff that Jack in the box offers. From breakfast to lunch and dinner. Also great ice coffees and ice cream shakes at this place. Some of the best egg rolls around. Always fast.
Fast service, average food and terrible customer service. The bathroom is out of order, the dining area looks outdated and dingy.

I went only to get FREE Jumbo Jack with the purchase of a large drink for the LA RAMS WIN-PROMOTION. Once ordered, I was told they were not aware of any such Promotion? I told them I received the PROMO via email from RAMS App..the person taking my order then said that it ONLY PERTAINED AT PARTICIPATING Jack in the Box locations? In turn I showed them an email that listed their address & location as a participating location. In the end, they chose not to honor the PROMO. That I need to download their App first, and order by App to get the PROMO?**This is the first time I've been turned down & asked to download an App..It also was my first timeat this location (7th&Atlantic-Long Beach)This was the first & Last time I'll choose this location..Not only was staff UNAWARE OF ANY RAMS PROMO, THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WASN'T APPRECIATED EITHER!!
Best Jack in the Box ever! They always get my order correct. The night manager/drive thru guy is always super friendly too.
