Our first time at a Jack in the Box. It was quirky but good. The employees were friendly but the drive-thru was slow. This location seemed to be in a 'questionable' area....including a person hanging around near the drive-thru ordering board that wasn't an employee.

Sonia is rude. Definitely will not be back to this one. Food was okay, but the service sucked. All stingy with the secret sauce. They act like giving a couple more is coming out of their paycheck. She should not be allowed to work the counter. The place was empty too. Not a soul in there.

Store manager was very accommodating to the order not being fulfilled at first but corrected whatever was needed. Good service and friendly.

I ordered two tacos, 🌮 they were great. Daisy took my order she was so nice, polite friendly, and has great people skills she’s a great reflection on Jack in the box.

They don’t want to refund $54 worth of food I never got that was ordered through their app I got the conversation recorded because they didn’t mute the phone and you can even hear the person whoever Stacy is saying to mute the phone
I am not one to write a review but I was really sad by the service I received on 10/29/ 2025
My order was read back to me correctly I never heard the cashier say double Jack with a single patty.
When I drove to the cashier window my order was read to me correctly.
Once I drove away I found that my order was wrong... I was not given a receipt the first time and I was told I had to pay $1.66 for the other patty for an order that I made no mistake on.
When I walked inside to explain that my order was wrong two ladies were standing in the back and neither acknowledged me I stood there saying excuse me several times for at least 4 to 5 mins with no acknowledgement.
Finally the cashier came out and acknowledged me but made me wait maybe another 3 to 4 mins.
She admitted that the order was wrong on her part but still made me pay for the second patty...
I was so very upset.
she printed out the original receipt that she did not hand me in the beginning.
I wasn't thinking and threw it away on my way out.
My first visit to this Jack in the Box and I think it will be my last.
Daisy at drive thru was not nice and served old coffee...refused to give me my receipt to submit complaint.

Am not sure where in the world I stated I had a great time because I didn’t idk why jack would reply that to my comment I have no issue with customer service the staff are friendly and welcoming they can be busy at times so it seems their short on staff and I give it to those who have to step up and be 3 places at the same time trying to get things done am a regular customer and just recently I had a inconvenience hear I don’t blame the staff I feel like the managers who are in their office not on site or whoever own this jack put their workers for failure I always order on the app and pick up my order and so it seems their has been fraud going on now you are required to show id on orders over 44 dollars which it would be nice if they had notify on the app before purchase because when I got their to pick up i was told they had to cancel my order redo it and so forth which was very inconvenient am unable to jot down the full story but yes have a Sign or something you know but like I said I don’t blame the people who work hear and bust their self working hard I blame those who sit pretty behind their desk with higher positions who don’t have to deal with customers who can be rude and to top it off I haven’t even got a refund and this was Sunday and my bank is already processed the transaction it’s on jack now

I had a very disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box location. While the person who took my order at the drive-through speaker was polite, the experience at the window was unacceptable. The employee who handed me my food did so carelessly—she tossed the bag out the window without making sure I had a grip on it.
When I asked for condiments, she threw a few random items into the bag and walked away before I could clarify what I actually needed. I waited at the window until another employee came back, and I calmly explained that I needed one ranch and two ketchups. Instead of helping directly, she went to ask the original (older Hispanic woman with white hair) for permission to give me the condiments.
The original employee never came to the window herself. She yelled from a distance, asking what I needed, and then handed the items to the other employee, who passed them to me—only for the window to be slammed shut in my face immediately afterward.
After that, I completely lost my appetite. The disrespect and lack of basic courtesy were astonishing. I won’t be returning to this location and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The service here is impeccable, they give a warming family, feeling an inclusion. Just the classic, jack in the box atmosphere.One comes to expect.
Basically good, needs to give napkins, and receipt and make sure to ask if any sauces are needed.
I went threw drive thru lady at the drive threw speaker was so nice . I could wait to see her at the window very polite gray service smile patient I had my kids in the car I don’t usually but jack n the box I can not afford but after seeing miss Sonia face smile n great service she made my food worth it thank u miss
