Yes I love the young ladies that work here they're very awesome Great customer service and the young workers here are very professional and very kind and they greet you and welcome you so it's very great I like it and the young ladies always have a smile in their faces which is very pleasant

The staff here appears to be significantly understaffed.
When I came inside to place an order at the counter, I waited a few minutes and then asked if I could order. I was told I needed to use the touchscreen kiosk. I explained that I preferred not to use the kiosk, and I was advised they were unable to assist me at the counter due to how busy the drive-through was. I’d prefer not to use the kiosk, so I had to return to my car and use the drive-through to place the order. If the order had been for me, I likely would have left without ordering, but since it was for someone else, I proceeded through the drive-through.
I truly felt for the employees, they were clearly doing their best under a heavy workload. I’m respectfully requesting that management consider adding more team members to the night shift so customers can be assisted both inside and in the drive-through.

The manager was taking our order with dirty hands and kept walking away before we could finish even ordering. While waiting for my food I watched the manager touch frozen food multiple times with his bare and very filthy hands. This place is very unsanitary and very unprofessional.

They’re always out of so much on their menu. Out of mozzarella sticks for 2 weeks, no cherry or strawberry coke? No boba for the Milk tea boba???? Go to another location
