Horrible service. They gave me the wrong order then acted like it was my fault and gave me a hard time when I tried to exchange it!!

Missing items. Ordered through GrubHub not their fault. And they ( restaurant employees??) got new high pay raises?? They can’t read??!! It’s worse now a days. And food was cold !! It’s my fault too!! I’m and idiot!! Aaaaaaahhhh!!!

Been to better locations. They are supposed to accept EBT. but they have an old machine that doesn't take the new EBT cards that have a chip--so no ebt.
The manager took my order and charged me twice even though I showed him my transaction history which showed being charged successfully the first time. The manager!
They let customers stay locked in the single restroom for hours on end--so no restroom.
Don't recommend.
We want fast foods not chemical mixed. Just cause the FDA say it's ok don't make it right
What can I say If you like Jack in the box you'll like this place.Food was warm.French fries with Krispy.Most importantly they were polite and got the order right

I always come to this Jack in the Box because it's a couple of blocks from my house. Today I stopped off on my way home from my sons Doctor appointment and decided to get breakfast here. After paying copays and what-not, I hadn't realized my bank account was as low as it was and all I had in cash was $20. I had to embarrassingly ask the gentleman at the window at around 9:30 am to downsize our breakfast to just the main meal (no drink, no extra hashbrown) he could have been rude or rolled his eyes as I have had cust. Service people do before for much less inconveniences, but he didn't. He was very accommodating. I paid for my meal and he wished me a nice day. Something so simple but very much appreciated. In customer service, the tiniest things can make a world of difference. I should have asked his name but I just wanted to get out of his hair. Thank you Wednesday morning drive through gentleman! You made what could have been a more embarrassing situation so much less so. I know this sounds like a first world problem (and maybe it is) but on some of the tougher days, it is so appreciated ❤️
