they refuse to switch to the bigger cup sizes corporate told them to switch to on October 1st they have them but the manager is not letting the employees use them

one specific drive thru worker with red hair was very rude I decided not to buy from there after ordering , my friend and I went once in the drive thru and service was okay but when she pulled up to the window the roof splashed her car with nasty water then they said oh yeah they’re doing the roof , could’ve gave a heads up on the speaker or something , and lastly tonight apparently all the workers did not speak English and gave my mom a hard time when trying to use a deal that we had and they would just walk alway and talk in their Spanish mumbling things meanwhile it’s their job to also help with those things just so inconvenient consistently I highly DONT recommend this location it’s worth the extra drive to another one

I always come to this jack in the box with my gf who has autism and buy something every time even if it’s a emergency stop to use the restroom only knowing it’s inconvenient for the company to not buy something and today as we were driving she had to to use the restroom and was going to poop herself I told them if we could use the restroom it was an emergency so they unlocked it then they told me I couldn’t go in with her so I didn’t want to argue knowing I have the full legal right due to her needing assistance so I told her go ahead but she didn’t want to without me and also for the fact there was no toilet paper in this kind of emergency so instead of buying anything after going we left sadly I won’t be coming here do to the disrespect even in the beginning nobody was was ready to serve when I walked in and they ignored me until I told them it was an emergency loudly and I got upset due to poor customer service they were even giving me dirty looks before I could even ask anything and the only thing I noticed was we were the only white people inside and they treated only us bad compared to the other workers I had to rush through traffic risking my vehicle so she wouldn’t shit herself
This happened on Wednesday October 1 around 10:40 2025 and it was a shorter lady who came up to the restroom disregarding our restroom privacy.

9/9/25 7:09 pm. Charged me $1- for no kid hungry without asking me order #4105. I didn't have charge reversed...shady. Prior I ordered a combo meal. They enhanced drink to Large without asking. I talked to cashier and told her YOU NEED YO ASK b4 charging. FRANCHISE OWNER YOUR MONTHLY SALES ARE PREDICATED ON SHADY JOB PRACTICES LACK OF ETHICS!!!

I ordered some waffle fries twice and both times had a hair inside.

The first time I showed them the hair on the fry and the cashier tried to lie and say that it was just something in the ranch dressing when the fry I showed this didn't have any dressing on it. She then proceeded to claim that it was the burnt texture of the fry until I lifted up the hair to show the other employee. After going back and forth they finally gave me a new batch of waffle fries.

Second time I was eating and noticed a hair on the box clear as day. I just gave up after that.

They need to work on being more sanitary. It was absolutely unacceptable and I should've reported it. I posted some pictures of the waffle fries.
