I ordered some waffle fries twice and both times had a hair inside.

The first time I showed them the hair on the fry and the cashier tried to lie and say that it was just something in the ranch dressing when the fry I showed this didn't have any dressing on it. She then proceeded to claim that it was the burnt texture of the fry until I lifted up the hair to show the other employee. After going back and forth they finally gave me a new batch of waffle fries.

Second time I was eating and noticed a hair on the box clear as day. I just gave up after that.

They need to work on being more sanitary. It was absolutely unacceptable and I should've reported it. I posted some pictures of the waffle fries.

I was denied service for having a bike. Was told to put my e bike outside to simply order but there’s no place to put a bike, let alone, the safety of my transportation

Please contact your point of sale(POS) service provider ASAP to ensure your POS system will allow snap EBT chip cards to "fallback" to magnetic strip transactions. Ask your POS provider to fully update your POS to fully support snap EBT chip cards.
Tell your POS provider that the snap EBT chip card will use:

-standard EMV Chips
-both contact only card and dial interface
-New EBT Application Identifier: (AID):A0000000044542
220 service code on Track II of the magstripe

If your POS Provider needs more information tell them to contact their third party processor(TPP)

This communication to retailers to update state wide has been shared as of January 2025. The overall rate that was given of 1 for this review was for this reason. For it is nearly April 2025 now. ⚠️Cause Attention is Needed⚠️

And please post something inside your location on the doors, and at the counter to inform those who visit your location with SNAP EBT of your systems not being in compliance with this system update until it is in compliance, or if it just isn't going to be. Communication is Key and comes As a courtesy to your employees and customers and to save everyone the situation that comes from it, which is ,Employees being upset for making food that can't be paid for because of this update not being made in POS, and people that order apologizing for not being able to pay for it and being sent away embarrassed. Please follow through with this. Thank you.
Also For a Multi-Million-Billion dollar company to not care to be in compliance for those less fortunate is truly sad. May those reading this take the Lords Golden Rule found in Matthew 7:12 in to consideration and Peace be with you all.

Much busier around lunch time, though you know none of those orders are sitting, they're fresh! Hard to knock fresh and almost too hott fries when they come calling.
