I ordered 3 separate items. Got home and realized I only had 2 items. That’s what I get for trusting the restaurant thinking we were past checking the bag to make sure all the food is in there. Literally took my money.

They're constantly messing up my order. In the past, they've given the wrong type of egg for my sandwich (ordered the scrambler, received the regular egg). This time however, I ordered a sourdough jack and a scrambler, but received two sourdough jacks. I just wonder if it's incompetence, or laziness. I hope someone sees this and they improve their service, because I've never seen this level of poor service to the point where they just refuse to cook a certain dish at another restaurant.

Waiting for my order I realize that out of the 4 people working NONE OF THEM had on gloves. ALLL put on gloves after I said something.

Do not eat here!!! Very poor customer service, the woman here stay with attitudes, with nasty face expressions. This place needs a complete new employees and management. The last 3 times I've been here has been a mess. 2 times I've came and didn't receive my whole orders and dealt with attitudes. This current time I had attitudes from the start from both cashier and manager. They had no uniforms on nor gloves..and taking pictures of me and my car because I let them know in advance I will be reaching out to their corporate headquarters because the service and food is ridiculously bad. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here to eat if you aren't prepared to be let down or think skin to deal with their attitudes. The Bums outside their doors doesn't make it any better asking for money and food. This place needs to be shut down as a Chef this is a grade F place. Again all employees need to be replaced with better attitudes and management. I will post a review everything i come here until corporate headquarters fixes this place and employees. I highly recommend eating at a different jack in the box. Don't waste your time or money here 💯 😌.

Just recently the shrinkflation has hit Jack in the Box. As of 2/15/25 the old small is the new medium drink and large drinks went from 40oz to 32 oz. I order the same meal every two weeks and now it is 5 dollars more with a smaller drink. The app has also reduced the offerings for rewards points.
Just disappointed to see this change as these restaurants pay pennies on the dollar for soda.

I ordered through Uber Eats and ordered the Bacon Ultimate Combo.....key word "COMBO".....so, I ordered the combo and it's supposed to come with the hamburger, fries and a drink. The only problem is my combo didn't come with fries..... And it's even on my receipt on the front of the bag. And it says combo with a large fry and a large Coke..... Somebody over there didn't get that memo I guess because my friends were missing. How can you eat a hamburger combo and not get your French fries? I contacted Uber Eats and they told me that according to their criteria whatever that is I wasn't entitled to a refund. Somebody isn't doing their job over there

Very poor hygiene. Didn't wear any hair nets or had gloves on. Bad customer service. They we're rude and were rushing me to order. They gave me looks and they had somewhat of an attitude. They changed cashiers midway and didn't give me all my food. They messed up my order.
