highly recommend visiting a different Jack in the Box location. The food and prices are the same everywhere, but the customer service here is unacceptable. I encountered a short, heavy-set Hispanic male who I believe was the manager, and his behavior was poor. Not only was he rude and unwelcoming to customers, but he was also verbally mean to his own employees. It's not worth spending your time or money at a location where management treats staff and customers so poorly.

The lady who works there from 1130 -1200 she sucks. Light skin, brown hair. You say ketchup— she gives you 1!! Packet. She doesn’t check the soda machine so it doesn’t have fiz or flavor. The person before her who was in charge of the mid night shift was better. She looks mean and obviously doesn’t care.

Listen, I realize that Jack in the box is pushing off their stores onto franchisee owners but I am not about to order on the Jack in the box app and then be told to get out of my car at 10:30 at night and walk up to a window with a bunch of unsavory people walking up and down Pacific highway like I was asked to do tonight at 10:10pm. In the app it specifies if I want to pick it up inside or at the drive-thru, and if I specify drive-thru that is exactly where I will be getting my food next time, or I'll stop at a different Jack in the box. Do not ask me to exit my vehicle ever again in the Drive-Thru for a drive-thru specified pickup because I will take up time in your drive-thru until I get my food next time. Either you folks are trying to cheat your drive-thru times, or you're not properly staffing your store. If you don't want to run a business appropriately then exit the business and leave it open for others who can, properly qualify the right employees and do it right.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I will when I feel strong enough about leaving one. Where to begin. I used to work at this location around 1992. I worked here for 2 years and was my first job. I had two gold rings I was forced to be removed from management and they were stolen. I never received them back but the manager was fired. What about my gold rings? I still had love for the tacos with pickles and remained to be a loyal customer even though some bad experiences working there. Have had quite a few instances where I'm missing my sauces or my fries, soda with no syrup, etc. Today, I felt like having my tacos with pickles and was asked how many slices I wanted per taco. I thought, wow they have great customer service to ask how many I wanted. Then was told it's .15 per slice of pickle. So I asked since when did they start this that I've been a customer for many years. So I asked, do you deduct .15 per slice of pickle for those many customers who hate pickles. The answer is no and the price is a fixed price. The point is the price you have on the menu must include the meat, cheese if any, pickles apparently, onions, bun, lettuce, etc. Start deducting .15 off every item not wanted, per item, per guest. See how that goes for you.
