Super bad customer service with a young man in particular

ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY HERE! I was moving from the apartments nearby by. After moving my u-haul, yes, U-HAUL, from the street to allow delivery trucks to access parking I moved it to this restaurants parking lot, mind you we unfortunately ate here 3 times in two days due to accessibility. In less than 1 hour my truck was towed by a company they choose to do business with and charged me $510 to get it back. They are a predatory towing company and the District Manager for jack in the box fielded my complaint and stood by the towing company instead. They choose to work with egregious predatory towing company’s and stand by them over active duty military members moving against their will to protect this nation. Avoid doing business with them at all costs. The district manager runs many Long Beach and other regional stores. Choose your fast food anywhere but jack in the box.

I was there the other day to dine inside. I had ordered a combo with a small drink and everything seem fine. I ate my food, but when I asked for a refill, they denied me because I had supposedly already had one refill, but if you look at Jack-in-the-Box's policy, you are allowed unlimited refills, but even then I was only asking for one more and it was a small drink. I had spoken with the manager named Lupe and even though she pretended to be nice you could tell she was saying and doing things in a certain way to be rude. Besides all that the bathroom was very nasty and dirty, there was homeless everywhere but to put the cherry on top when you try to call the store number to make a complaint it is disconnected and they don't have an active line for the store. All I could say is that the management of that store in particular seems very disorganized and not run correctly. I am trying to make a complaint to corporate, but most Jack-in-the-Box is working in the system where you talk to the manager, but the managers never hold accountable and because of that they are power houses that do what they want all like it's ever say is I would never recommend eating at this Jack-in-the-Box. It would be better to go and take a couple more minutes of your drive to the one on Pacific Coast Highway then it would to eat at this one thank you for your time if you read everything!!!

You're at the Jack in The box there's always a problem you're something they charge you but then they tell you that they don't have it so why you getting people's money . And then you make him wait 10-15 minutes and then you tell him I don't have which order can you charge me more professional people this happens all the time in the afternoon.

Very poor customer service by Guadalupe H Check 4043 on date 05/31/2025. I asked for two waters and did not receive my request in a timely manner. She instead started to assist another customer in the middle of assisting myself and partner. She spoke back and was very argumentative. Not satisfied with the customer service.

This is the worst Jack in the Box. They should close down. They are NEVER accurate with their orders. 2 weeks ago we ordered pancakes and they forgot the syrup and butter. Today we spent $5.00 extra to make it a double burger with curly fries and they gave us this sad single burger that had been sitting under the heat lamp and regular fries. We are never going back here again. The high school worker who is responsible to take the drive-thru orders and cashier is overwhelmed so the incompetent manager helps out and makes the orders incorrect. When they ask if we wanted ketchup, we said no, but the manager wasn't listening and through about 10 in the bag. We did ask for extra ranch which we had to ask for multiple times. When we reviewed the order and found 50% of the errors we told them we wanted curly fries. The manager said we didn't charge you for those, even though we said we wanted curly fries three times at the ordering station. So we were charged $5 for an extra burger patty we never received and got the wrong fries. We noticed the fries error at the window, but we didn't think to dig through the sandwich to make sure it contained everything we ordered. This Jack in the box restaurant is pathetic. Go to any other one if you can. The next day we got a response from the owner to go to a survey website to enter our review of the experience. The auto response said "We are currently experiencing a high contact volume and apologize for any delay in responding." It has been weeks and nobody from the corporate office ever contacted me regarding this fiasco of a restaurant.

Before I go to Rosie's Dog Beach, it is tradition that I pick up 2 Tacos at Jack in the Box. I sit on the sand and much away. It's a simple, filling lunch. Perfect.

This Jack in the Box has over the last few years completely gone downhill. The staff Has been rude, and not capable of doing their job. But I don’t really wanna blame them. I’m gonna blame the franchise owner as someone who has worked at a franchised Fast food place before. Not only that, Both my brothers have worked at a corporate Jack-in-the-Box and a franchise Jack-in-the-Box. Guess which one had the stellar reputation for employees? Obviously the corporate one. And the one with the highest turnover and the franchise one because they don’t know how to run a business or manage it.

This has continuously gone downhill. So much so that the last five orders we’ve made with them have been messed up and we called corporate corporate us two coupons for free meals. So because this restaurant itself has messed up our order so many times they gave us two coupons for complementary meals.

I guess what we show up to use them, and guess what the restaurant refuses to take them. They’re the ones who keep messing up our orders and we earned these coupons from their continuous mess ups.

I could talk about the time I ordered a chicken salad and you know what I got? I got a chicken patty and a freaking.

The amount of times I’ve ordered a kids meal and not gotten the chicken portion of the kids meal Is a ridiculous

The amount of times my drink has been forgotten, or things have been left out of our meal is countless at this point because I have live down the street from this place for a decade.

This is the corporate I’m gonna continue to try. This is absolutely ridiculous because this franchise keeps messing up their orders. We were given coupons for complementary meals

So I have a I am absolutely done with this establishments treatment of customers. I can’t even call them because I tried them on the phone to see if I can speak with the franchise owner about this issue and guess what the number is unavailable.

Corporate needs to look into this franchise owner because they aren’t doing their job. Well, I guess they’re doing their job, but they aren’t doing a very good job.

The orders from this location are often wrong or missing items. When I requested a return/refund, I was refused. Jack support gave me vouchers instead of a refund, and this location won’t accept those either.
