This jack in the box is my favorite in Long Beach and what helps that out is employee Selena she always has a great attitude and will always be right at the register when customers come in. She will even help recommend what is good to get depending on someone’s reference if they are not sure what to order. Overall she provides excellent customer service that’s very consistent and is very professional

What is a good deal of the smash Jack but the actual french fries I got for hella salty and it was like the last little bit of a batch pieces of old French fries and s*** it was horrible

Although the drive up line was four cars deep when I arrived, my order was taken efficiently and courteously.When I got to the window, the person made eye contact, greeted me with a smile, and when I mentioned how busy they were, he just said that it's ok, and it even makes his shift better when he is busy. Great attitude.Also, the salads are so much better in the last few weeks... real green lettuce, not the super-white and hard leftover lettuce-hearts. Thanks!
