Stop by after an eye appointment with my grandson to pick him up some lunch. The drive-through had nobody in it. Their service was great. The food was hot and fresh except for the extra order curly fries, which were old and nasty 10 out of 10 would recommend asking for fresh french friesprices are extremely high portions are what they are.

Bad customer service! Picked up a mobile order with a munchie meal upgraded to a large drink, the receipt they printed listed it as small and when I told them I paid for the upgrade in the app the 2 women argued with me - over a 50 cent charge! Food was fine but the vibes were bad, won’t be returning.

They miss up my order, than when I try to called and ask for her name she hang the phone up on me, literally I called her 100 more time and she keeps hanging it on me. And she was the manager in charge, do better Jack hiring these none English worker at a customer service job.worst experience of all time.

We couldn't get by the entrance without moving a homeless shopping cart the black hair spanish-speaking lady with a fringe couldn't understand English. she was very upset when I tried to express myself in English,yes we did get to this.point... The chicken nuggets were cold but you could see they had been fried twice the curly fries had no salt and also had beef fried they do not have fresh food 10 dollars for nothing I took two bites and threw it all away.! awful

Not from the area but was mellow,just more not as ghetto as used to, kidding,was just not as busy and thought it was just thought it was one girl being the cashier/drive up/dining area/cook,nope there was another that was out of sight for awhile,very courteous polite and well spoken, definitely deserves double pay for all she did .
