Super friendly staff. Quick service and tasty food. Got the meaty breakfast burrito, croissant, and jumbo platter. Jumbo platter now comes with french toast instead of pancakes.

GENESIS O is extremely rude and disrespectful. We just ordered food not too long ago and this “adult” dismisses us without the sauces we requested and we were extremely kind. And she tells us to “Please go now” in a passive aggressive tone. What kind of Jack In The Box hires an employee who has poor quality service, has a negative tone, and is passive aggressive. Yes it’s late at night, then don’t work a shift that you will be moody in. Get it together girl and get removed from the drive through/business if you’re going to reject service, use excuses, and be the lowest possible vibration that the world has to offer. My brother has special needs and makes noises, so if you think that you denying service is okay, you need to get your act together and respect others. Such a negative work place.

I ordered 10 tacos which I repeated multiple times to the person on the mic and they only put 6 and then they proceeded to tell me to park on the side for 6 tacos... bad service overall

Service and food was fine. Bathrooms are worthy of a shut down from the Health Department. One toilet out of service; won’t flush. Second one would seep raw sewage up from the floor drains when toilet was flushed. Raw sewage all over the floor. Big cockroach trying to pull himself out of it. You know it’s bad when even the cockroach is trying to escape the disgusting situation. I reported this to the staff. They seemed like they could care less. One kid went and kinda looked over the situation then went back to the kitchen. The memories of this experience seriously make me physically ill.
