The excellent service from the hard working staff is probably the only good thing. Good location but poorly maintained. Doors have been broken for a while. Music is on repeat like a broken record. Food has been downgraded to smaller cheaper portions.

Went to Jack and the box. Late after hours was on my lunch break 3:40 am I was on foot no car night mgr went out of her way to assist me food was fresh hot and delicious , Thank you NIGHT MGR with the tattoos you're the best Jack need to give.her a raise excellent customer service 😉
The morning crew earns 5 stars. They’re amazing and take great care of me
The night crew gets 1 star. They’re awful and I refuse to come at night anymore

Y’all I know it’s jack in the box and you guys don’t care but: - regular fries instead of the curly fries I ordered (and 2 different sizes despite me ordering 2 combos of the same size??? - not the correct sauces after I asked for them twice - churros spilled out in the bag - soda 3/4 full
The lady who took my order was quick and precise, so I figured you would care more when putting my food together. I just want what I ordered.
I don't eat fast food often these days but Jack in the Box is a reliable decent enough place to go. I enjoyed the Meat Lovers Burrito and the Breakfast sandwich.

Didn't buy food only drinks. At this location I asked the lady do they sell vitamin water. She said yes, so I ordered a large with extra ice. She said what flavor fruit punch. When I got the drink, I said to my sister this don't look like vitamin water. It looked like orange drink. My sister ask for sugar. She drove off. I tasted it not good it taste like water no flavor. With food coloring. It was so hot I said I will just drink it cause it had lots of ice like I wanted. Tip don't buy vitamin water at this location. They have lots of sodas on the menu. I just can't do sodas.
The food are good but the Milkshake is really crazy, The time is 6 minutes and the place aren't cleaning

Sorry but this location has definitely gone downhill. Last time I'd been here was back the 90's. Now so many homeless and crazy (talk-to-themself) type people around and even inside this location made it so uncomfortable and definitely not coming back here.

I always stop because of it's on my way home but I am so angry this has happened to me more than a couple times they put cheese when I say not to the fries are cold and the sandwiches are always messy you can bearly hear on the speaker they have attitude and if I can speak to the owner so I can explain that it should never be this way the worst is the fries are always old have been sitting I'm 58 years old and I work very hard I am so upset I feel I will not attempt your restaurant again and I will also twitter fb and any other social media I can I drive from long beach to Tustin and I think that they should do customers way better then they do at least fix the food 👍 right
