I don’t know why i keep coming here . I only do it because I live near by. They screwed my order again! Plus the Asian lady that works there gave me attitude on top of that. By the way music is too loud in there. Maybe that’s why they screw up the orders.
To management, please , please retrain your employees. There’s no need for all that attitude. They keep forgetting that we as customers want our product and be on our way. To the owner of this establishment, it’s sad to read these negative comments. Something has to be done.

Today was not a regular day.At the thick jamba, jusing.The girl serves me always respectful and nice. This man was very rude.. Because I wanted my drink a certain way. But I paid for the extra fruit...
I was able to take my mom to try out a new smoothie and the two girls there were nice at first, until I noticed they put my order in a Burger King cup. And the two girls proceeded to laugh in my face, so I just left and tried to ignore it. But it didn't sit right with me so I went to a different location where they were much more helpful and super nice about my situation and found out that the manager is older and needs more help but the only people that want to work there are jerks to your face and don't even help the manager how sad. Also I thought they would be able to deal with the smell but I guess even they don't notice it smells like dirty mop water.

Cashiers customer service is garbage, and they have the nerve to ask you for a tip when paying for your order. A simple hello, and a smile wouldn’t hurt. Also, letting the customer know your drink is ready not just leaving it sitting there for your smoothie to melt.
The employees at this location have the customer service IQ of a brick wall.It’s sad how young people lack basic social skills these days.An embarrassment of a location.

I went to buy my daughter an Acai bowl.The first young lady that I asked for a chunky strawberry acai bowl said that they didn't have any strawberries.The next young lady that I spoke to recommended a bowl and what do you know they had strawberries.Never coming back this young lady is just straight lazy.
