Can we please get nice workers in here? Ones that actually pay attention to the customer?! I walked in no one said nothing. The Asian girl looked directly at me, and went into the small kitchen where they cut the Fruit and continued her conversation. No "I'll be right with you" none of that. This is the second time this has happened. I'll go to Bixby knolls the next time. Hire better workers!

I was able to take my mom to try out a new smoothie and the two girls there were nice at first, until I noticed they put my order in a Burger King cup. And the two girls proceeded to laugh in my face, so I just left and tried to ignore it. But it didn't sit right with me so I went to a different location where they were much more helpful and super nice about my situation and found out that the manager is older and needs more help but the only people that want to work there are jerks to your face and don't even help the manager how sad. Also I thought they would be able to deal with the smell but I guess even they don't notice it smells like dirty mop water.

Arrived to pick up my mobile order only to find out they hadn't started working on it. It had been 45 minutes. Terrible service.

This Jamba location is pretty good. I felt compelled to write a review based on the poor rating. Service was fine--one of the drinks was wrong but it was fixed easily. I feel like some expect too much from a bunch of teens. At least they had good attitudes when I visited.

Cashiers customer service is garbage, and they have the nerve to ask you for a tip when paying for your order. A simple hello, and a smile wouldn’t hurt. Also, letting the customer know your drink is ready not just leaving it sitting there for your smoothie to melt.

The experience at this location never fails. Staff there are not that welcoming. Just a bunch of kids who are there to collect a paycheck. When i arrived, the guy that was taking the orders was busy conversing with his coworker and not acknowledging us until I told him, "Are you ready ?" No customer service what so ever. The reason I come here is because I live nearby. Otherwise, believe me, i wouldn't bother. This is to management... Please let your employees know that we are on the go and not there to waste our time. If you review your cameras on 9/3/23 between 2:00 and 2:30pm, you can see what I'm talking about. Thank you ,

I'm inside right now with my niece who is four and the music playing has a lot of profanities. If there isn't anyone in the store I get it, play music that bumps. But when there are children in the store play the radio.

This location is so clean, organized, and the employees were friendly and quickly greeted the customers who came in and got their work done efficiently. Easily the best Jamba I've been in in a while. Also they were so fast with my order!

Went in for lunch to get açaí primo bowl and when I arrive home the bowl was watery wasn't even frozen I live 4 minutes away don't think it melted that fast. Today I am craving one sucks that my local store doesn't provide quality

I went to buy my daughter an Acai bowl.The first young lady that I asked for a chunky strawberry acai bowl said that they didn't have any strawberries.The next young lady that I spoke to recommended a bowl and what do you know they had strawberries.Never coming back this young lady is just straight lazy.

Better than those boba places! Yup! I said it and I mean it. Boba places are not nearly as good as any Jamba Juice location!! Wifey would disagree with me, but that is okay. Cannot agree on everything.This specific Jamba Juice location was clean, and the service was fine. Juices we chose were refreshing as always. For the price, Jamba rules over those boba joints (in my humble opinion).
