They canceled my order because they want to say my coupon wasn’t valid even after it got confirmed a day before . No apology just dry after spend 2 hours trying to get a hold of someone

They canceled my order because they said the coupon couldn't apply but it did when I checked out. Even if it was a glitch if it got confirmed should of honored it!! Bad customer service

I walked in around 7:19pm to place an order, business hours stated closing is at 8:30pm . When it was my turn in line , I was greeted by the cashierMohammed. “Hi , how may I help you” ….while I was in the middle of stating my order he said “actually we aren’t taking orders right now , we are about to close” to which he proceeded to walk away and continued to make the customers before me order . No apologies or sympathy. I understand things can happen behind the scenes I may not be aware of as a customer but that was unacceptable customer service which could have been handled completely different.

Always trash around. Needs a major sanitary wipedown.smoothies are my fav!! Way too expensive as of late.changed their point system then raised their prices.how many of us will spend $10.00 on a MED. smoothie everyday? A good question. is the produce the best produce avaliable to say that's what we are paying for .not garbage???Parking: Spots are tight and most people really don't know how to park their vehicle
Worst experience. Went here to get a juice since the original juice place I wanted was closed and then definitely realized this is why I don't go here. The cashier didn't even say anything but are you ready. Then went ahead and ordered a ginger shot along with a green juice but was told that they only had cucumber then I went ahead and asked for another juice and then he said we only have cucumber and shows me the bucket of a cucumber and a half not even an apology for not having anything to make any of the juices on the menu. So I just ordered a ginger shot, he didn't even wash his hands just put on his gloves then made the shot which was nasty and didn't taste like a normal ginger shot. I understand if you don't wanna be working on a Sunday, but do better Jamba. And maybe you should notify your customers that you are out of ingredients.

Its 8:05 pm came to order and was told that cash register was closed I had ordered a bowl and a juice and walked to my car to get my debit card, came back and was told that I wasn't able to order a bowl because it was to late(closing time is at 8:30) worst service by Eduardo.

I don't know why I keep giving them a chance. Came in one night and the staff were playing around having a party. Then today I come in I order online and I was told there not making bowls it's seems they are always out of something. So not only did they cancel the bowl they also canceled the smoothie without telling me and I was told well I didn't think you wanted it . After my son waited 30 min.service here is horrible.

When coming to this location plan on a 30 minute wait for your drinks. Additionally, you will not be acknowledged when standing in line to place your order and you will feel as if you're a burden for going there. We stood in amazement with how long it took to make the drinks or the bowls ordered. The staff were so slow with each movement they took.
My experience with this location was very nice employee's. That is not common in this day and age !!

My dad & i were out running errands on a hot day he was looking for something refreshing ended up stopping by, fun fact was my ever first time at Jamba Juice decided we came because i've always wanted to give their juices a try. Upon walking in was greeted with a friendly gesture the gentlemen behind the counter was very helpful in choosing my first drink option was looking to try something healthy ended up going with Apple, Kale smoothie got my dad the Pomergranete smoothie due to his diabetes.

Hours on Google and their own website are incorrect. They open an hour later. I will also say that this location has gone down. From not offering the same items as other locations to the floors being extremely sticky.The associate though was working hard and by himself on opening which is a poor management choice. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Not because of the service but because of management.

8/14/23: Came here for a Apple 'n Greens smoothie and I got it customized subbing out the bananas and peaches for strawberries. I had the pleasure of meeting General Manager Stativa (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) who was working the front of house -- which I was REALLY impressed by -- and one of her staff were working back house. Stativa was so kind and personable -- making my smoothie all the while continuing our conversation. The fact that Stativa was out on the floor taking/ making orders AND holding conversation with patrons... It was REALLY refreshing to see such a down-to-earth display. Stativa certainly gives the vibe of a true team player! Thanks Stativa for your basic human-kindness and my delicious smoothie! See you next time! (:
