Convenient to go to but horrible service every time without fail. The drinks take forever to make, they routinely get the order or size wrong, and, I’m not so sure about hygiene behind the counters.

The office says that it is open until 10, I went with my family, my wife and 3 children at 9 pm and the sign was still there that said open and some of these people were inside and they told me that it was already closed and they didn't let me in. I'm not upset. Well, if not, then if they are going to close at 9 pm, I think they should modify the hours.
