I remember Jamba Juice having superior smoothies 10 years ago. Always on the more expensive side, but with a quality that justified the cost. I picked up a Large Strawberry Surf Rider and a White Gummy and they were both near tasteless. My strawberry surf rider tasted like water with the essence of strawberry. It was so underwhelming and disappointing. At $10.29 a piece it’s a real slap in the face. Where have your standards for quality gone? Imagine spending over $20 for two blended fruit waters, when I could have made 10 legitimate smoothies at home. I realize now that I am the idiot in the equation.

I ordered a açaí bowl with no coconut and payed for extra bananas the first bowl they made it wrong no bananas and a lot of coconut flakes then I told them they offered to remake it the second time they gave it to me was with no coconut and no bananas I didn’t realize till I got to my car but before they made it I saw the girl look at my order

I use to come to this Jamba all the time. The vibe was upbeat friendly, good music, the kids behind the counter would greet you with a smile and a “welcome to Jamba Juice!” Not anymore… The last couple times I’ve been back it’s been terrible. I walked in to an older guy who could barely say hi and the two kids behind the counter who could barely smile looking miserable. I did tell the girl who handed me my smoothie that the customer service here is crap. Sorry but I won’t be back and maybe that’s fine with them.
