Stopped and ate here for the first time in Vegas! It was in our top two for best food we ate all weekend. Highly recommend the spicy fries and Mac Daddy! 10 out of 10!!!

Super good chicken sandwich. I got medium and wanted hotter. They seem to lean in the safer temperature side. Fries weren’t crispy or seasoned enough for me but this is very person to person dependent. Nice staff. Getting a table is tough because of its general food area component. Would get this but not going out of my way every time.

Jay Bird’s has one of the best chicken sandwiches around! You choose the heat level and it’s always perfectly fried. Crinkle cut fries are great. I love how you can customize the sandwich with sauce or no sauce, cut in half, great for eating on the go or dipping.

Solid chicken sandwich but wasn’t as spicy as advertised. Also it came with a bucket full of fries which I think makes it worth it for sure. All in all a nice chicken spot in Long Beach.

For some time now, I’ve been flying into LGB airport and taking a quick ride to The Hangar for Jay Bird’s. The chicken sandwiches are unmatched here. Throw in the mac-n-cheese into the sandwich?! WOW! I always look forward to Jay Bird’s.

Cool food hall, quick service. The extra hot spice level is no joke!! Proceed with caution ⚠️ The tenders are hefty and fresh. Great seasoning and there's no shortage of menu options - chicken sandwiches, tenders, loaded fries, etc. Ordered two tenders. Came with a slice of bread and pickles.

I love me a good chicken sandwich and Jay Birds is great. The chicken is lightly breaded but still with plenty of flavor. The fries have more seasoning than I personally prefer but they are still good. If you are craving a good chicken sandwich Jay Birds is a great destination. I would recommend checking them out if you are already at the LBX Hanger.

We ordered 2 chicken tenders with fries, $11.99ea. The food was good. It was the service that wasn’t right. The total for the 2 tenders was $26.46 and we charged it to our card. Today the bank is saying that we were charged $30.04. So what happened? How was my card charged an extra $3.58? For tip? I never put tip on my card. We always give them cash for tip. Did they go back in and charged us for tip? So we just tipped them twice. That’s not right. Watch your wallet when you dining at this place.

First time here, and I'm blown away. The Mac Daddy chicken sandwich is on POINT! They have perfected that juicy chicken, and their sauce combined is a true chicken sandwich I would love to eat over and over. The waffles are perfected as well, nice and fluffy, just how momma used to make it. If you haven't tried Jay Bird, you're missing out. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is modern with a twist of hip. #FOMO.

Customer service has gone completely down hill. They were on there phones while talking to me, rushed me, and were making me feel so stupid for asking questions or for not understanding something. That is poor customer service. They just wanted me to F off if I didn’t understand some of the choices. Very unhelpful, gaslight-y and shaming customers that aren’t quick enough. There was no line behind me. I’ve been a customer for a long time and recent came back to Long Beach after university. This was my spot but the girls are just snobby and impatient and unhelpful. They made me feel so stupid for not understanding something.

Please hire mature, patient people that care about customers and customer experience / satisfaction. I’m sorry to say.
