Sandwich was good. Mac and cheese was room temp and meh. Didn't bother to have then heat it up since the portion was so small. 15 bucks and it didn't fill me up. Would not come here again

WE SAT AT THE COUNTER AND WATCHED ONE OF THE PREPARERS, SEASON AND PREPARE THE CHICKEN .. SHE TOOK HER TIME AND MADE SURE ALL CHICKEN WAS SEASONED PERFECTLY....

Cold chicken.. Not worth the money you spend, chicken was sitting under warmer not cooked to order, all breading... staff was huddled together chatting away instead of working. Not worth the time to stop by.

Stopped and ate here for the first time in Vegas! It was in our top two for best food we ate all weekend. Highly recommend the spicy fries and Mac Daddy! 10 out of 10!!!

Super good chicken sandwich. I got medium and wanted hotter. They seem to lean in the safer temperature side. Fries weren’t crispy or seasoned enough for me but this is very person to person dependent. Nice staff. Getting a table is tough because of its general food area component. Would get this but not going out of my way every time.

Jay Bird’s has one of the best chicken sandwiches around! You choose the heat level and it’s always perfectly fried. Crinkle cut fries are great. I love how you can customize the sandwich with sauce or no sauce, cut in half, great for eating on the go or dipping.

Solid chicken sandwich but wasn’t as spicy as advertised. Also it came with a bucket full of fries which I think makes it worth it for sure. All in all a nice chicken spot in Long Beach.

For some time now, I’ve been flying into LGB airport and taking a quick ride to The Hangar for Jay Bird’s. The chicken sandwiches are unmatched here. Throw in the mac-n-cheese into the sandwich?! WOW! I always look forward to Jay Bird’s.

Cool food hall, quick service. The extra hot spice level is no joke!! Proceed with caution ⚠️ The tenders are hefty and fresh. Great seasoning and there's no shortage of menu options - chicken sandwiches, tenders, loaded fries, etc. Ordered two tenders. Came with a slice of bread and pickles.
