They really produced a quality sandwich every visit. The customer service is always on point and the ingredients are fresh. Location is clean and I love there rewards program. Definitely check this location out if your in the area.

I was pleasantly surprised as I have been to other Jersey Mikes and the sandwich was a little skimpy. This place made a good sandwich. I had the Large Size Big Kahuna with Beef no mushrooms or jalapenos. I think it was at a $13 price point which is what one would pay a similar restaurant. The meat was grilled while I waited. They cut the sandwich in half per my request. The parking was plentiful. The staff was super friendly and attentive. All and all a good sandwich which definitely compares to a Philly sandwich but this one had extra cheese!

Employees were great and efficient! The only complaint is that their AC is not working!!! It's July and there's no air conditioning!!! It's hotter inside the restaurant than it is outside! I feel bad for the employees working so hard in that heat!! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO FIX THAT ISH!! Poor employees!!!!

I've emailed the contact the (ROBOT) gave, and no response since, don't waste your money at this joint... go to another franchised restaurant, Ocean X 1st St is much much better!

I normally don't write reviews for chain restaurants, but this one called for it. I've seen the crew here working hard to get the place spotless. Mopping and scrubbing the place clean! They make their sandwiches the right way and they give great customer service.I had to tip this young crew and you should too!! Keep up the good work!!
