Promotion online offering free sub with purchase. This location purposely turns off choice of turkey sub to not participate in promotion. Go to Ocean Blvd location .... hate buisness that make so much and still feel the need to screw the customers whenever possible

We are regulars at this location and can always count on a good experience. The staff is very pleasant and the food is consistently delicious (Giant #55 for me!). The in-store tables are a bit wobbly, but I can deal with that. See you again soon! šŸ˜‹

Great food, good customer service BUT, this one employee was cutting the bread on the counter right next to the tip jar and cash register. Not sanitary!

This is my regular Jersey Mikes and would usually give it a five. I pre ordered for Super Bowl and so disappointed with the way sandwiches were made. Sloppy with little meat and some of the bread over baked. Disappointed.

I came in on 9/30/24 and a young man named Travis was all by himself and still maintained a positive attitude! He was slicing meat& cheese and doing the produce station and working the cash register......and working the grill. He was doing the work of three people. I hope the owners appreciate this incredible employee.
I probably come here once a week .... sandwich is delicious 🤤

I’ve visited this Jersey Mike’s many times. Obviously I’m a big fan of the sandwiches. But I came on here to give 5 stars to this team for their service. I’m shocked to see any negative reviews on here in regard to service. Every time I visit this location, it’s clear the everyone is working hard, making a point to welcome every guest, efficiently building excellent sandwiches, filling online orders and in-person orders seamlessly, smiling at the register, communicating with each other, etc. Working in food service is not easy, but I can just tell after visiting a number of times and seeing this consistently, that this team is putting in the effort and wants their customers to feel welcome and taken care of.

This location is terrible. 5 people on staff, 2 customers in line and our order for pick up wasn't ready in the 15-20 minute time frame. We walked in the door to pick up and the order hadn't even been started. What is the point in having an online app to pre-order for pick up if they don't even start it till you arrive? First and last time I come here. So ridiculous. Jersey Mike's used to be efficient and fast...not anymore.

I would like to give Travis a shout out because after placing an order online, I made the mistake of having the oil and vinegar inside the sandwich, when I wanted on the side. I was calling Jersey Mike’s to get a hold of them after I placed the order but the call never connected. After explaining my situation to the front lady, she basically told me my sandwich was already made and laughed basically insinuating that there’s nothing she can do. I kept explaining that I was trying to call but the line never connected. Travis stepped in and asked if I would like my sandwich remade which I asked please if they can and he did. Thank you for turning my almost sour experience very sweet.

For the lady in the front, she needs to work on customer service. I didn’t get her name but she was a young lady with glasses.

I went in to purchase a gift card (4/7/24 around 12:45 p.m.) I walked up to the register to ask if I needed to stand in line (there was about 7 people in line) since I was going to get a gift card only. The gentleman that was there told me I had to stand in line, when I came back around to the register to finally purchase my gift card (8-10 minutes later) the same gentleman looks around to get one and proceeds to tell me ā€œunfortunately we don’t have anyā€. Waiting in line is not a big deal I understand there are other people in line waiting to get food, but I was getting a gift card only in my opinion it’s a quick transaction, and of course it made me upset he made me wait just to tell me he didn’t have any.
