went in to get a sandwich a few days ago and this lady making my sandwich messed up? put cheese on there when i specifically didn’t ask? heard her name was paola and wasn’t really nice to the other customers. also do not tip here!! the employees don’t even get the money at the end of their shifts pretty much a scam smh.

I asked my wife for takeout and to read them my order from my text. This is the third time they ignored her and made it fast and wrong. “#14 mini on white Mike’s way with oil and vinegar on the lettuce, extra pickle and yellow peppers.” they told her they were out of mini bread and would have to make it small and charge extra. then they ignored the special request, put two slices of pickle and two yellow peppers and splashed the oil and vinegar on top of the tomatoes which quickly dropped off the sandwich and onto the side. If you don’t have the bread that’s listed on the menu, offer a discount. When you ignore the customers request to make it as ordered, and actually give them the opposite, you don’t deserve your job. Will not return.

Two cold sandwiches, one hot. Out the door in less than five minutes. Friendly staff. Clean. Food was fresh and good. Everything one needs from a sandwich franchise.

Went in to get a sub sandwich and the place was out of bread. So I asked the manager how is this so and I was told that they were busy. My feeling is that you make sandwiches and should never be out of bread. This was my first time going to this location because it was close to my home. This will be my last time going to this location as well. A place that makes sandwiches should never run out of bread.

Food is very good. I've been going to this place for 2 years. You can always ask staff to make sandwhich truly your way. Ordering through Jersey Mike's is probably the cheapest delivery I've seen for the distance they cross to get it to me.

Good subs, fast service. Personally it’s close to work so it’s great that they’re here.

Horrible experience. Wish I could take my tip back. Ordered my sandwich and showed up 5 minutes after time was told to pick it up. Not only was it not done, I was told they were now going to start it. Waited another 10 minutes and was then told they were NOW going to start it without the bread I had ordered because they just ran out. I can have patience as it's lunch time but why have an app if you are going to not even start making sandwiches when ordered, as I watched people come in and order a sandwich just to receive it before my order 30 minutes prior through the app!
