“I go here often, the employees are friendly but certain employees are distracted, forgetful, disengaged, unfocused and constantly playing with cell phone and appear to be high, which reduces the experience. The other day they had no ice and kept selling fountain drinks but didn't tell anyone, so my 5 minute experience lasted 20 minutes while i waited for some lazy employee to fetch ice from another shop down the street. Weak management.“
“The kids that work here are always pleasant and fast.
Well I had just written about this Jimmy John’s but I just picked up sandwiches and had a very negative visit. This person that I couldn’t identify was horrible at their job.“
“Food as always is great. The only reason I’m giving service a three and the only reason and I have to stress this…Jimmy John’s is known for their quick fast service. I waited 20 minutes to get three sandwiches. I have never in all my life waited 20 minutes for Jimmy John’s; I have never in my life waited 15 minutes for Jimmy John’s; I have never in my life waited 10 minutes for Jimmy John’s. The most I’ve ever ever waited is five minutes. In fact, I ordered four sandwiches one time and was in and out of there in less than five minutes even for a delivery it has been 20 minutes or less.
I don’t know what was going on. They had three people making sandwiches one person taking orders and they were even helping expedite sandwiches so that’s the only reason I’m giving three on service…maybe they were training not sure. 🤔“
