I go here often, the employees are friendly but certain employees are distracted, forgetful, disengaged, unfocused and constantly playing with cell phone and appear to be high, which reduces the experience. The other day they had no ice and kept selling fountain drinks but didn't tell anyone, so my 5 minute experience lasted 20 minutes while i waited for some lazy employee to fetch ice from another shop down the street. Weak management.

I've been frequenting this location for about 3 years now. It's nice inside, good service, good quality and they always get my custom order correct. Only negative is the outside surrounding area is not the greatest at times but that's really out of the store's hands.

Bring your own cheese terrible service and management if you want cheese on your sandwich you have to bring your own they don’t have cheese at this location which makes zero sense you’ve been open for an hour and you ran out of cheese lol stop the cap

This was a gorgeous Jimmy John’s location. Our food was tasty, they have the best ice cubes and the signage was hilarious. It was a busy location with the police department across the street but the staff handled it really well. It was a nice spot to bring my toddler because they have booths and high chairs.

UPDATE!!Now it’s one star since your review link is all wonky, guess you guess just trying to collect people’s personal info to sell it to third party vendors, never will you ever get a penny of my money and no one I know either!!!The customer service is top tier but I the food was nasty. I am not sure what was stale maybe the mayo but it taste horrible, a total waste of my money. I work so hard to afford to do live and it was a complete disappointment. The pickle was alright and the tea was really good I would have made out better just buying the bread I guess but the meat mayo tomatoes even all taste like I dont know what it was but it didn’t taste like the delicious sandwich it appeared to be when I took a bite.
