UPDATE!!Now it’s one star since your review link is all wonky, guess you guess just trying to collect people’s personal info to sell it to third party vendors, never will you ever get a penny of my money and no one I know either!!!The customer service is top tier but I the food was nasty. I am not sure what was stale maybe the mayo but it taste horrible, a total waste of my money. I work so hard to afford to do live and it was a complete disappointment. The pickle was alright and the tea was really good I would have made out better just buying the bread I guess but the meat mayo tomatoes even all taste like I dont know what it was but it didn’t taste like the delicious sandwich it appeared to be when I took a bite.

- Just expensive ($18 for Giant, $9 for Reg). Those + 1 drink + tax = almost $34.- Tasty sandwiches.- AMAZINGLY fresh quality ingredients!- Friendly staff (Zoe).- Comfortable place.- Lemonade and Powerade soda machines shot out drinks without any sugar/taste. Just really bland drinks.

First time here, I have never tried this place. We are doggie sitting and while in the area we were looking for a dog friendly place to eat.This location seemed perfect with outdoor seating. My hubby ordered inside and the food, service and location was great.Glad I finally tried it.

Waited nearly 1.5hr for my delivery because a sandwich shop ran out of bread to make a sandwich at noon on a Sunday. The order was made completely incorrect which I didn't find out until I was always at the airport because they took so long to deliver the order. The sandwich didn't have cheese on it, ordered extra onions and received light. Ordered light lettuce and received extra. You'd think 1.5 hours is plenty of time to get the order correct but I quickly learned that's not the case

We were a group of 112 at the convention center this past week. I ordered our group sandwiches. The food was excellent, service was excellent. everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful. I want to give them five stars. Excellent location to the convention center also.

This was my first time coming here I’m not familiar with this location and it’s my first time trying Jimmy john’s anyway I placed a online order when I came in none of the employees even acknowledge I was there and then I hear this man that work there say why do people come in and just look like don’t know what to do waiting for someone to ask may I help you clearly he was talking about me it really wasn’t that serious for the tone he was takingI will never come back again this was by far the rudest staff I came across in all my days .

First time customer and never in my life has a front line not given me an option of a receipt. In fact, after I paid with my card the cashier looked at me and said, "you paid, you're done, you can leave (from the line)". It was bad enough when I asked what came with my sandwich and the same person pointed upward and said, "it says up there". I said to myself, who hurt this person? And even if this sandwich tastes great this entire situation has left a bad taste in my mouth. Two stars for the fact I got my sandwich WITHOUT my receipt which was a miracle.
