I placed an order for delivery. I ordered 3 sandwiches, a #9, a #11 and a #12. All regular size and a picklewich. Over $60! It was all crap. All 3 sandwiches were just thrown together and wrapped. All of the contents were just shoved on the bread, barely inside. The #9 was correctly made. The #11 & 12 were bread, lettuce and meat. No cheese or tomato and no guacamole on the #12. No mayo or anything . The pickle wich had one slice of ham, no cheese and no lettuce and it cost $9!
It was the first time my family was going to try JJ and I had been bragging about it for a week.
Beware! Not worth the money. It was junk

I ordered 2 large #7 (double meats) no onions no herbs with mustard! They did everything but get my order correct 😣 there's onions there's oregano no mustard no double meats like come on it wasn't busy at all. Then they don't answer when you call to let them know they messed up. Sad bc I won't be driving all the way from Torrance again

Was there for 40 minutes and they still couldn't get my order ready. Lunch break was practically wasted with no way of knowing when my order would be ready. Got a refund as well as several others waiting for their orders too.

I’m done with this place, I spend $46 dollars for 2 sandwiches, which I don’t mind paying if the sandwiches are good. The past 2 times I went here it was horrible. The sandwich, all you taste is bread hardly any meat hardly any vegetables and the bread isn’t as good as it used to be to be.. Jimmy John’s, you keep taking shortcuts your business is going to fail!!

I run an after school art program for teenagers, and you know they like to eat. I accidentally preorderered an 18 piece for the wrong date, and their staff worked on the fly to get me my order in the moment and to my workshop on time. Thanks, yall!

I have to leave a review since you guys don't answer phones. Why won't you cut my sandwich in half?? I tipped and left extra instructions asking for.them to cut my sandwich and they still.gave me my sandwich whole...wasted tip!!!!

This was my first time going to Jimmy John's, and it seemed cleaner and fresher than other brands. The bread was crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, making it even more delicious. I also felt good because the staff welcomed me so kindly. However, foreign substances came out of the ice in the drink. It wasn't hot weather, so I just drank cola without ice, and it tasted stronger than other places, so I liked it. Good good

Workers was extremely rude! I contacted contact corporate because that was an unpleasant and weird experience. The shorter younger guy was amazing. Perfect customer service. But the lady was rude while preparing my meal and the taller guy made me reach around the counter and grab my own napkins. You should hand items to customers and create an inviting environment for guests, and without an attitude. I don’t know what that was about… but staff should work on that! Let’s hope it’s a more personable experience next time. Food was great though!

My partner & I went to JJ on impulse for sandwiches. Upon entering the restaurant, we were immediately greeted by an employee. Now, we understand that all staff is trained to make guests feel welcomed & the 'Hello' is part of the training, so we expected the standard when we entered, however, this employee's 'Hello' was filled with actual care & enjoyment of people!
During the time we were in the store, we continued talking with the employee, exchanging humorous quips, talking about life lesson type of things as well as short, honest discussions & none of this interaction seemed forced or done as per training instruction. My partner & I really had a pleasant time during our visit to the store!
Prior to leaving, I asked the employee for his name & he said it is Martin, then we thanked him for his help & conversation. My partner & I hope that he is scheduled to work the next time we visit the store.

Oh, & the sandwiches were as tasty & fresh as they always are, too! We ordered three Gargantuan sandwiches, 3 large drinks & one loaf of day-old bread.
