Thats okay, i'll order JJ ahead of lunch, it should be here when I take my 30 mins. Nope.I call five mins into lunch, I ordered 20 mins prior, Ive got 25 mins, no biggie right? Well, "The driver will be there in about 20 mins, were making it now..."What!? So forty minutes? "Forget it, refund me.."They offered a credit instead?!No way, I don't have time to visit or wait again. You offered convenience and failed.The food and service are bad. Never again.

First time ever trying a Jimmy Johns and I will definitely be back on account of their customer service alone. I ordered online and I guess my customizations did not save. I called them and told them and they said to come on back and they would remake the sandwich for me. They were so friendly and the sandwich was very good!

Pretty awesome that they can't follow EASY instructions, I asked for Lettuce wrap and NO onions.Welp, I got bread and onions. Unbelievable. Come on.I took it to go so I couldn't go back, just annoying. Wrap was pretty good but wish they would have done my order right Also I asked for a water cup this is what they gave me a cone... if I wanted a cup for water it was .25 what??Pathetic.

My partner & I went to JJ on impulse for sandwiches. Upon entering the restaurant, we were immediately greeted by an employee. Now, we understand that all staff is trained to make guests feel welcomed & the 'Hello' is part of the training, so we expected the standard when we entered, however, this employee's 'Hello' was filled with actual care & enjoyment of people!During the time we were in the store, we continued talking with the employee, exchanging humorous quips, talking about life lesson type of things as well as short, honest discussions & none of this interaction seemed forced or done as per training instruction. My partner & I really had a pleasant time during our visit to the store!Prior to leaving, I asked the employee for his name & he said it is Martin, then we thanked him for his help & conversation. My partner & I hope that he is scheduled to work the next time we visit the store.Thanks again Martin!Oh, & the sandwiches were as tasty & fresh as they always are, too! We ordered three Gargantuan sandwiches, 3 large drinks & one loaf of day-old bread.

The service was very good.The restaurant was clean and was well maintained. The food was fine. But I doubt if I'll be back.We ordered, and the food was prepared and ready to go before we knew what our options were. I'm sure this is fine for many. But just not quite to our liking.

Fairly good sandwich if you like "like subway but better".
If there was something between Subway & Jersey Mikes this would be it. However, quality and taste is closer to a Jersey Mikes sandwich.. Good stuff and constant! Cool guys working there, however, they take their time! It sucks when you have a 30minute break.. Otherwise this place is very clean, easy, and not top expensive.

Great tasting bread and from all the other sandwhich shops the quality here shows. Fresh veggies , fresh sliced meat and cheeses and fresh baked bread. They also sell day old bread for 50cents!! I only wish they had fresh avocado instead of the avocado spread as an option!

If there was something between Subway & Jersey Mikes this would be it. However, quality and taste is closer to a Jersey Mikes sandwich.. Good stuff and constant!
