It’s never busy yet somehow it always takes over 30min for them to make one sandwich. I’ve ordered for pickup several times here and each time I get there (15-30 mins later) and they haven’t even started my order yet so I have to wait another 15 minutes.

Sandwiches are very good, but the “Water cones” just honestly feel like a slap to the face as a customer. Feels disrespectful that after I just supported their business, I can’t have a cup of water. As a business owner, I disagree with that move.

Just had the worst experience here. I came in to order a sandwich and the cashier was very rude toward me. I normally don't complain but I could tell they were not happy to see me order, and they were very stark on their approach.After just waiting patiently for it, I realized the same person who took my order just made the sandwich and just left it out without calling it.I could see how well he talked to all his coworkers and just brushed me off, almost deliberately and maliciously.Very uncomfortable experience.

Stopped in for an 18pk sandwiches. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for your sandwich needs. 1st time to this location.
Felt like an inconvenience to the staff coming in at 6 pm without any customers around. Apathetic, rude, making it seem like I was a bother to deal with. Didn’t know I couldn’t get my sandwich toasted (it’s been a while). When I asked if I could, the sandwich maker just kind of sneered and shook his head no. Didn’t give me my cup for the drink I ordered, had to grab it myself. Haven’t been to a Jimmy John’s in over a decade, and don’t think I’ll ever try again.

Don’t recommend coming here for lunch because they get a bunch of online orders and it takes forever to get your food. Also the Starbucks next door gets a huge drive-thru line that snakes through the parking lot making it impossible to pull out of the spot you parked in.
