As soon as we walked into the door we were greeted and told what the favorite sandwiches were. I thought that was helpful and kind. Very clean inside. I ordered the Club Lulu. I enjoyed my sandwich. The bread was soft. The ingredients were fresh. No complaints. We were even greeted when we left.

This is a go-to for me. Incredible customer service, all around. Always welcomed in, and everyone is extremely friendly every single time. And the sandwiches are quite amazing. I highly recommend this location. You can tell management cares about the service the employees provide. Great work!

Sandwiches are very good, but the “Water cones” just honestly feel like a slap to the face as a customer. Feels disrespectful that after I just supported their business, I can’t have a cup of water. As a business owner, I disagree with that move.

I have given my business to this sandwich shop since they opened. My staff went on 7/12/23 to place an order for sandwiches. She asked for two #7's saying, "I believe are turkey" The staff was not able to read the menu due to dyslexia. The person taking the order should have immediately explained that the number 7's were not turkey before making them. When she returned with the sandwiches the other staff discovered the sandwiches were Italian. The staff does not eat that meat and asked her to return the sandwiches and explain what happened. The manager Amy did not accommodate and made us pay for 2 more turkey sandwiches. We were then left with 2 sandwiches we could not eat. This is bad customer service.

Do not go here. Horrible management and staff. They made my to-go sandwich wrong. When I called for a refund they said all their sandwiches come with mayo. The sandwich I ordered specifically says oil and vinegar on their menu. He only offered store credit. I had to drive back to the store and give them the sandwich and request a refund to my original form of payment. They made a mistake and were rude about it. That's not how a customer should be treated.

Just had the worst experience here. I came in to order a sandwich and the cashier was very rude toward me. I normally don't complain but I could tell they were not happy to see me order, and they were very stark on their approach.After just waiting patiently for it, I realized the same person who took my order just made the sandwich and just left it out without calling it.I could see how well he talked to all his coworkers and just brushed me off, almost deliberately and maliciously.Very uncomfortable experience.
Terrible customer service! I asked if there was a chicken Chipotle sub and the very annoyed employee replied, saying that is jersey mikes instead of recommending me a similar sub.

Felt like an inconvenience to the staff coming in at 6 pm without any customers around. Apathetic, rude, making it seem like I was a bother to deal with. Didn’t know I couldn’t get my sandwich toasted (it’s been a while). When I asked if I could, the sandwich maker just kind of sneered and shook his head no. Didn’t give me my cup for the drink I ordered, had to grab it myself. Haven’t been to a Jimmy John’s in over a decade, and don’t think I’ll ever try again.
