This place is equivalent to a lower tier Jamba Juice. Most positive reviews/customers are from the local high school kids. Service was trash got manager or owner talking to me like I'm less than him because I don't own a deprived business that can barely make up its own overhead. I recommend checking out local juice bars over these franchised trash service places.

Went in for a simple smoothie and this big guy messed it up five different timesā¦ It was over 35 minutes for a simple smoothie and when I walked in, there were two people that already had their stuff. Absolutely ridiculous. The older African-American gentleman behind the counter Was either drunk or on something. Another family came in while Iām still waiting for my smoothie and He left to take their order and then started making their order while Iām still sitting there. It was honestly like a Saturday Night Live yet. Horrific and will never come back again.

I got the pina cool ada and it was great! The workers were very nice.

I ordered online and it says will be ready by 11:28am. I waited almost 20 minutes which is way to long than I expected. When I asked if mine order is ready; the gentleman told meānot yetā , I asked ācan I cancel my orders then?ā He said āyesā then he checked the machine and saidā oh, yours are almost ready, I am doing yours before other 4 orders., he also said this is not a fast food place, etc..ā¦ā. I told him, āyour online order should tell the customer what you just told me. Donāt tell me it will be ready by 11:28 but actually it wonāt ready by so much longerā. If it really took so much longer just apologize to your customers, thatās it! I donāt think this type of service is acceptable to me. I will not come to this store anymore.
