Amazing donuts. The buttermilk is incredible, as well as the apple fritter (which just tastes amazing and doesn't really tastes like Apple) as well as the old fashioned.

Friendly staff and also have other food options, like breakfast burritos and coffee Thai tea etc

I started coming here about a year ago and it has turned into one of my favorite weekly treats. The food and drinks are very consistent and taste amazing. I highly recommend the cinnamon roll with crumb and any of the drinks. Whenever I have out of state friends visiting I always take us here for their first breakfast to show them the beauty of Southern California donut shops. Everyone is always very impressed. The boba is always amazing and cooked perfectly, the breakfast sandwiches...

updated: my weekly #1 donut stop, i always get a drink and apple fritter, usually the vietnamese coffee and thai or thai frappe—the drinks are velvet smooth, generously portioned, and very traditionally flavoured! they're decadently sweet but not flat-sweet, i love love love the bold-musky flavours as a sweet treat [honestly trying all their drinks one by one 😭]. it's best to come earlier for the donuts: i'm plagued by their fritter's consistently solid...
