This place is so terrible service1-12-24 At 230 came here to eat and there no restroom to watch are handAnd that not it the girl that take your odder is berry rude .. terrible please owners you need to sent a under cover person and u will see the service the are giving to

Really great food, the chicken was amazing. The pot pie was really fulfilling but very hot. Still amazing. Even the biscuit was nice and soft. The mac and cheese was alright wouldn't recommend. Now I gave 3 stars for service because the lady taking my order looked really annoyed at me and my friends but could just be a rough day. Overall a nice place.

Extremely difficult to enter and leave by wheelchair, had to bang on glass with reacher to get assistance to enter.
Ordered 2 things probably should’ve came out to 50 MAX was charged $60 was never given a recipe and when I called to ask they never answered

No bathroom. Customer service is average to poor. Lack of attention by employees and left counter empty. Bad for business. The lack of a restroom is a definite minus. By the way- Popeye's across the street doesn't have one either. But they have someone always at the counter and are cheaper. Figure it out.

I bought $50 worth of food 4 combos and asked for 7 honey BBQ and 7 Ranch dressing and the guy in the drive thru said he couldn't give me but 4 sauces and charged me an extra $3.00 for the sauces.I also asked for some butter and honey and he forgot to put that in the bag after waiting 10 minutes in their parking lot waiting for the food to be brought out.I would rather drive to North Long Beach to that KFC because they are always friendly and have a great atmosphere.

Food was not all that.. mash potatoes still wasnt mixed up right !chicken wasnt extra crispy liked i had ask for and my 2 choclate cookies they didnt put them in my bag Didnt get them at all. And i had ask napkins spoons etc ..ive been going to that place since i was a kid..its not the same..you guys need better cooks that know what there doing...NO STARS FOR THAT KFC
