I ordered an 8-piece family meal with extra crispy chicken. I had to wait about 35 minutes because they had to make more extra crispy chicken. Once I opened the bucket, the chicken was very dry and it literally shrank because it was overcooked and burned. I even tried calling ahead of time to order the extra crispy because I had a feeling they wouldn’t have any ready when I got there but no one answered the phone. Overall I was very disappointed to not only have to wait over a half hour for the order but to get overcooked, dry shrunken chicken on top of that.

This KFC is kind of hided. If you find it, it will be clean and staff is friendly. Its a bit small but plenty if seating. The chicken strips are on the small side and a bit oily. Over all a good experience from a familiar restaurant from my youth.

I've struggled with whether or not to write a review on this for a while now. This location has, for years, had very poor service. They frequently forget items in your order, give regular recipie instead of extra crispy without telling you they're out at that time or asking if you'd like to change the order, don't fulfill parts of your online order and don't offer alternatives, park you for 20-40 minutes because they're only just starting batches (even if you put an order through their app) etc. They have, on multiple occasions, left us at the order speaker for 10-15 minutes with no one taking an order or asking how they can help.
They have, on more than one occasion, charged extra for items they don't have and then they say they can't refund what they don't have and that you have to contact corporate or your bank to request the refund. When you contact corporate, they refer it to the location manager and promise a call or contact back from them, but the return contact doesn't occur and it's never resolved, so you end up having to dispute charges with the bank or card issuer, which can take a while to resolve. When you speak with a manager here they don't de-escalate situations, they ramp them up and frustrate people further and then demand you not get upset, raise your voice or curse while they refuse to provide what you order or a refund. I've seen people who rarely get upset end up leaving this place fuming and cursing up a storm as they drive off.
Frequently, they will provide you with only part of your order and then park you for 15-20 minutes, leaving some members of your group with cold or luke warm food.
Friends and co-workers used to tell me it couldn't be that bad because this location would have changed or gone out of business. They believe me now, as the examples I talk to them about have occurred with different family members as well as friends and co-workers over the years. The only reason we have tried them so many different times through the years is because my elderly mother loves KFC chicken, but even she has had enough at this point.
I'd recommend avoiding this location as it seems that change is not going to happen here, and it's not worth the frustrations. We'll be going to a different location from now on or will be driving out to a different fried chicken chain when the craving hits.

I was so excited for my order only to be let down when it arrived. I am missing 4 biscuits with my order. Also the combo I got was suppose to be legs and thighs and there’s only two legs with the rest being thighs. It’s disproportionate. This is quite disappointing. I don’t know why it’s so hard to just put food in a bag. Double check your work to make sure everything is there. Please hire new staff workers or hire new management to fix this.
