Today February 3, 2025 7:06pm I ordered 2 chicken bowls an was only given one. Went back during my lunch from work an because they said they put it in a bag I received it. Now why would I go on my lunch break to weasle another bowl . An to have the manager laugh like it a joke. When I explained to him what happened. Ok tomorrow I'll call corporate all over one bowl an the fact that the employee lied. As far as I'm concerned this place will rip you off an they are cool with it. I will enlighten you on corporate stand tomorrow. To be continued.

Food is getting very over price but I know it’s because it’s $20 an hour for their workers. I’m a bit upset about the door there’s this metal box on the right door way to low hit my head a few times coming in. It’s just a lawsuit if it breaks skin tbh. It looks like some kind of sensor that shouldn’t be so low but then again can be an alarm.
Use the left door don’t use the right unless u want to get a headache

BAD COSTOMER SERVICE DONT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE.... Missing items they said they will correct their mistake if I come in & pick it up, I go in & they changed saying, the order was all delivered so I have 2 kids refusing to eat because they only wanted the chicken tenders & Mac n cheese which were BOTH MISSING....

The food is good, the service is pretty good too but the location is not the safest. My mother and I got harassed by a homeless dude inside that kfc. Apparently, this is a normal day for the workers. Employees and customers shouldn't be harassed by others.
I did it a online order to be picked up later when I got out of work it was ready when I got there I ordered the 30.00 meal it came with coleslaw which my family doesn't like coleslaw. I asked if they could switch it out for mac and cheese switched it out for me no problem. I wish I would have got his name but he was so nice thank you so much.

Was not greeted when I came in. There was no one in line and when I stood in front of the register, I was not acknowledged. My order was incorrect and when I asked for dipping sauces I was told that it was an additional charge. Pretty bad experience!!!

I hate the fact that I had to leave at least once star because this location does not deserve any stars. Katrina was very rude ugly and fat. She has a nasty way of talking to customers. Her attitude is nasty just like the inside of the restaurant. Just nasty and sloppy!
Its clearly shows spend $10 Bucks youll get 10 pieces chicken nuggets. I Picked my chicken with no nuggets! Ok? mgr says it has to be on checkout? i did it on the ap but it did not show in their records? so then i moved on to enjoy my kfc but bummer no napkins! ? chicken too greasy?

Very slow service also the employees don’t seem to like assistaning delivery also I am not happy with service of quality provided INot going to return to this location for future business and I want to also note that I feel very disrespected when asking for my customers order and I want to also clear out that I am outstanding delivery worker and I do not appreciate the level of service provided here at this location something needs to change here
