Visited here based off a recommendation and was not disappointed. Salmon curry had great flavor, not overly sweet, well done. Pad see ew was umami, savory, and balanced. Would definitely visit here again

Review for Celiacs / Gluten free: GREAT food and very gluten free friendly.

The menu clearly labels which items are gluten free. Certain dishes not labeled GF can be modified upon request. The waiter was knowledgeable about celiacs and confirmed the kitchen can take steps to avoid contamination (gloves/tool swap). Fryer is not dedicated GF.

And the food was delicious! I had the Tom Yum (extra spicy) and the colossal crab meat Pad Thai. The crab meat was succulently sweet and big chunks of meat. The Tom Yum had so much seafood in it. Big scallops and big muscles. The spice level was perfect. Very hot and not excruciating. My sister ordered the Papaya Salad (delicious) and the spicy pad Thai (also delicious).

I am very sensitive celiac and I felt fine afterward. The Thai iced tea also comes with a frozen Thai Tea popsicle sticking out of it.

I was excited to try pad see ew since the ratings a high 4.7. I wasn’t concerned that it was $18 since I don’t mind paying for good food.

I just felt it was bland and the portions were really small. I felt duped going to a 4.7 restaurant spending $20 and leaving hungry and unsatisfied.

Service and ambience were great.

I absolutely loved my experience here. You know it's going to be good when a line forms before the restaurant opens. We ordered the drunken noodles, yellow curry, and the tofu with eggplants.

Every bite was packed with flavor. The curry was rich and fragrant. The eggplants were lightly sautéed so they were able to soak in the sauce without being mushy. The texture of the drunken noodles was chewy in a good way. The only mistake we made was to not ask for the dishes to be spicier.

The presentation of every dish was exquisite, you can tell the chef pays attention to every detail. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish. Lastly, the beautiful decor brings it all together. Kin is clearly a place to impress!

Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for flavorful Thai dishes in Long Beach, excellent service, and a beautiful dining experience!

Ordered Togo from this place and it was pretty good. The portions are fair for the price and pretty good in taste also. The pad Thai with crab portion was surprisingly really decent. One of the soups we ordered was really good. 👍 it’s a must come back spot to try more dishes and to really know that’s it about.

This is one of my regular stops when eating with omnivores or ovo-lacto vegetarians; the drunken noodles can be made vegan and are delicious, and others like their meat-included choices.
