My wife and I had dinner ay King's Fish for her birthday. She had lobster with clam-bake which was an amazing amount of food, while I had halibut. Both were quite delicious and we enjoyed the ambience and service.
I had dinner with two friends who had never been to your restaurant. They truly loved the food. The food was exceptional as usual. Our server was excellent.
We've been coming here for years, but it had been a while. Glorious way to reconnect with one of our favorites. Nice people, great menu, prompt and non-intrusive service and fabulous food. Take my advice: try the sand dabs. They never disappoint.
Steamed clams were absolutely delicious, especially the loaf of crusty bread that comes with it for dipping in the mouth-watering broth! I definitely will be back for another round of oysters and steamed clams!!
Excellent fish selections and high-quality food. Nice interior and service. Parking can be difficult.
Great service from Ernesto. Everything was perfect to celebrate my friend's birthday! The food NEVER disappoints. Yum!Yum!!
Good restaurant. But the location of the restaurant in the evening is a safety concern. Also, the parking located across the street is a definite safety concern especially at night.
Very warm and inviting atmosphere. Friendly and energetic staff willing to laugh with you and engaging in conversations and recommendations for food selections. Great tasting shrimp appetizers. The lemon crusted sea bass is absolutely delicious. BBQ shrimp entree looks and tastes amazing. The portion size is good. Fresh sour dough bread compliments the dinner. Andreas took great care of our ladies group for birthday lunch celebration, he's the best!!!
The night started out great with O as our server until he got more than two tables. He dropped us like a hot potato when a group of ladies came in to celebrate a birthday. We were there celebrating two birthdays and wanted to spend more money but O was too busy to take any more of it. Overall, 6 out of 10 and I won't be going back to any of your locations.
Food and Service was wonderful as it always is! Unfortunately, Pine Ave, DTLB is fast becoming an area I will probably not want to venture to in the evening. It's very sad for restaurants in the area and the city definitely needs to pay attention to this problem!

First time coming here! My partner and I have been meaning to get dinner here, glad that we finally did! Lots of delicious items on the menu, we definitely need to come back! Danielle was a fantastic server, answered all our questions and made stellar recommendations when we couldn't decide.
Expected better from a nice seafood restaurant. I kept having to remind our waiter what we wanted. I ordered the grilled yellowtail and it was overcooked and didn't taste fresh. Has to ask for bread, well into our meal. Certainly didn't meet our expectations since we weren't for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon! Not even busy to excuse the waiters mishaps..
This is one of our favorite restaurants in downtown LB. The food is always excellent and the service is impeccable! Highly recommend!
If you're in downtown Long Beach, I recommend King's Pine Ave Fish House. I've never had anything there I didn't like but my faves: their grilled artichokes and white clam chowder. As an appetizer or main dish...you can't go wrong with these 2. And, their service was excellent (and so was the Birthday dessert they treated us to).
Really disappointed in the drink price. Normally you are charged a lesser amount for the second shot of gin in a double gin and tonic. They just double the price for mine! $28 for one drink! Outrageous. My son's (35 yr old men) both complained about their portion size. Our total bill for four people was over $260 with no appetizers or desert and just one $28 drink. Outrageous! Not happy!!
