I went yesterday and got the 4 pack of cinnamon glaze donuts and 2 vanilla lattes, they gave me only one because he didn’t hear me say 2 and the donuts were soooo hardddd then I said do you have softer or warmer ones and he said no and we can’t warm them here either . The customer service was horrible.

Stopped in for donuts...went to lady's room came out ...when to car and realized I did not have my purse as we left....went back and yes.. they had my purse safe and sound in the office....thanks to all the HONEST staff

Krispy Kreme is king at their glazed donuts. But the other flavors just taste like sugar, and corporate. A while back we bought the Pac-Man edition 6 pack, and the flavors weren't even special. They were just donuts decorated with hard sugar and bright colors.

Yesterday I ordered 3 jelly filled donuts and to my surprise when I was ready to eat our donuts after dinner none of the 3 had any jelly which was weird never had that happen at dunkin donuts. The next day I returned the donuts decided to ask for a refund. The asst mgr didn't even offer any free donuts for my inconvenience. I will never go to krispy Kreme what a waste. I will stick to dunkin donuts their prices are cheaper and you can see the jelly oozing from their jelly donuts.
I didn't see a name tag on her but the black girl working the front was amazing. She was so sweet. I was going to ask for her name but I felt it would have been awkward.

The quality of the donuts have really gone down this year. It’s not really worth the money. I brought some raspberry filled donuts and there was only a drop of filling.
