Well you go for the glaze and 20 minutes before they have them. So you choose others that aren’t really what you wanted and you end up paying more for them and it’s not what you really want. Sucks!

This Krispy Kreme is near my work so during lunch sometimes I go amd get a donut but lately the customer service is horrible employees are just lagging around they could care less to greet you and take care of your transaction and what is worse is the donuts look old and stale and I usually get the Jelly filled and they dont have no more than a bites worth of jelly. I might just stay away from Krispy Kreme completely

I finally made it when the green light was on! The donuts are so great when they're fresh and hot. They're great besides that too but it's really nice to get them fresh and hot.
The young man who helped me was so kind and courteous. And he helped me discover a deal I didn't know I had even though I had the app. So he helped me save money which is even more bonus.

On October 14, 2025, I came to this establishment with the light turned on, which usually indicates a free donut is given with a purchase. Upon arrival, there was no cashier and the workers were chatting, aware that there were customers that needed attended to, they weren’t busy either, just standing around. After a 5 minute wait, I finally get attended and order a 3 pack of donuts, thinking, I can’t wait to enjoy the free warm donut. Wrong, they didn’t offer me a free donut, even with the purchase. Rain was pouring on this day and the excitement from seeing the light on Krispy Kreme Donuts died completely. Won’t be coming soon.

placed two separate donut orders ahead of time, expecting a smooth pickup experience. However, when I arrived at the scheduled time, neither order was ready — in fact, they didn’t seem to have them at all. This was extremely disappointing, especially since I planned around the pickup time.
I understand that things can get busy, but this kind of oversight points to poor organization and lack of communication between staff and management. If customers can't rely on scheduled orders being ready, it really damages trust in the service. I hope Krispy Kreme takes steps to improve their order fulfillment process because this experience was frustrating and inconvenient.
