First AND last time I come to this specific location. My fried shrimp tasted undercooked inside. It tasted either old or as if the batter was not mixed well with water & it had lumps of powder. Really strange. I had to eat the shrimp alone. Ruined my lunch.
Not happy. Food already over priced Order online. Food said ready at 6:35 pm. Had to wait another 16 minutes.

I did not like the location inside the restaurant I did not like that he had a curtain looking into the kitchen and it was full of oil. I also didn't like the macaroni salad it seemed like it was in a plastic jar the it was really thick the shrimp you couldn't really taste the shrimp the shrimp with coated and battered so hard really tough to eat I didn't like the chicken it seemed like a day old chicken so for those reasons I did not enjoy the L&L barbecue spot.

I’ve never felt the need to review L&L before—after all, it's like a McDonald's for Hawaiian food, right? Super consistent, but this location was a mixed bag! My niece wanted a few items, so I called in my order for the BBQ mix plate and 2 spam musubi’s.
Here’s the scoop: the rice-to-spam ratio was a total letdown. It felt like I was eating a mountain of rice with just a hint of spam! I’d recommend skipping the musubi’s altogether and whipping them up at home instead! Fun stop, but not the best if you’re craving a good spam fix!

While waiting I saw the young lady with white nail polish sneeze and wipe her nose at the front counter and proceeded to touch the register and phone without washing her hands. I could only imagine how the cooking staff is in the back. Will never go back to this place again.

Male cashier up front has no business being in customer service. Doesn't know how to be polite and it's pretty obvious that he doesn't want to be there. Every other cashier is nice/helpful other than him.

They have a sign on the front that says to please check your order for accuracy before leaving. Always. They're not joking. I went in and someone was waiting for their order, girl behind the counter said "oops, the other couple just took your order and this is theirs" so just be wary of that. Food is ? though
