This used to be L&L Hawaiian Food and over night was LB Hawaiian BBQ. The food got a bit better and everything stayed the same. The last two times we went in though the taste of the food has been different and my son didn't want to eat (he's 10). It's a place we really like so we'll give it another try to see.
I came here for the first time. I got bbq chicken with rice , Mac n cheese with steamed veggies. Regular size. The food was pretty good. Chicken, Nice flavor not too salty or over seasoned. The vegetables were just right. Not too soft. I definitely will be back to try some other stuff from the menu.
First time eating here and we had a positive experience. My husband and kid both had the regular katsu curry plates and I had a regular size Loco moco. They ate their whole plates and I only ate half, trying to save room for ice cream at Afters next door. I would say I enjoyed my plate except for the ground beef patties were tough. I wish they were more tender like burger patties at fast food restaurants, but the gravy was better than all of the other local Hawaiian style restaurants...
