Delicious pupusas I recommend it 100% 4 years ago I published this because they were the best pupusas in long beach, unfortunately they are no longer the best, I arrived a month and a half ago and saw a chow, it seems that a customer was arguing with someone in the kitchen apparently for gossip, sorry but that is a restaurant and they must behave in their work, but that is nothing I ordered some pupusas and they looked like tortillas, I will not visit this place anymore, I hope they improve everything

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I never leave reviews and idk if this will even matter to anyone but holy crap this was bad. FIRST I ordered my food...she told me 25 minutes. Thought to myself, that's kinda long for pupusas and caldo but ok. 45 minutes go by and I still don't have my food. When I finally get my order home after an hr it's completely wrong. First, instead polllo pupusas they gave me an ACTUAL chicken breast and instead of the revueltas...I got 2 fish pupusas with fish bone actually in it! Then the soup.... Had a piece of meat in it that I have no idea what it was. The soup was oily and gross, the chicken they gave me instead of my pupasas was terribly dry. Everything was just wrong. I'm so so sad because I've been wanting to try this place for so long and it was horrible. Wish I could get my time and money back.

Magali welcomed me with a beautiful smile which I greatly appreciated, she warmed me some French bread and I ate a tasty Salvadoran breakfast, Magali and her attention made my experience very pleasant. Thank you very much ?

The pupusas are delicious. Taste authentic and fresh.Need more improvements when it comes to the service. It feels like you are not welcome here at all. I suggest to order ahead and take out.

CAME HERE AT 7:45 today 7/9/23 woman in the front was in a ***chy mood. First time here. Very inattentive. Didnt say good morning. Didnt offer any details. Just stood there staring at me. I ask. Her. Where is the menu. And she stares and i say it in spanish. Adonde esta el menu and she forcefully points at the wall and gives me the. "Are you f**** serious" look. Immediately left. Drove 20 miles for nothing. Thank you

Wow ! I love Salvadoran food , as a Mexican this usually says a lot. & I'm so glad i finally checked this spot out ! I can say I've tried 80% of the pupusa spots in Long Beach & I've really enjoyed this one! First & foremost they don't really have a menu like that . They have pictures of the food items . But im sure anything Salvadoran you want they have , & they have literally every pupusa combination you would like . I have never traveled to El Salvador but I have to Mexico & I have to say this restaurant gives out of the country vibes. It's not all set up to seem one bit modern , to me it feels homey, I already knew stepping foot in here that I was going to get good food , I already heard the voices from the kitchen too . I got a breakfast plate with a nice set up of fried plantains, beans , sour cream (salvi one), cheese , avocado, & eggs. YUM the breakfast of a god . & I also got a pupusa . Everything was so good & FRESH. Literally so happy I stopped here.I do like to point out that spots like these you'll have trouble communicating as these are authentic spots & they mainly speak Spanish , so I guess the pictures will help if you feel the communication is not there. But if you a real foodie , you wouldn't let a language barrier stop you from trying good food.Parking is scarce but I found parking right in front!
