I've been to Las Islitas a few times. It's tucked away on Santa Fe between Anaheim and PCH. There's a strip of delicious Mexican restaurants and a dispensary called Chronic. Gotta love LB. I'd suggest the tostadas de pescado. I love camarones, but ceviche de pescado holds a special place.
