Had a great experience with my partner and mother for dinner. The staff was friendly and to me most importantly the food was well-portioned (and delicious). I would definitely recommend my dish: the shrimp scampi paired with The Seeker white wine

Yea you can call me a critic...I dine out at least 4 times a week and like to patronage our local restaurants and Lasher's is up there with the best I've been to. From the time you step into the restaurant you are greeted by Lynn, Ray or Sally and they make you feel like you are one of their family. The ambiance is great. The restaurant is comfortable and well decorated. The food is tops with a great selection of fine wines. Kudos to the Chef and the rest of Lasher's staff. They take pride in their restaurant and it shows. Try anything on the menu and look for those special dinners they have, you won't be sorry.

I had the salmon. it was literally perfect in my eyes. flavourful, well balanced tastes, and the salmon was cooked until tender, but not dry.

Fantastic food, you have to get the fried green tomatoes, but more than that this place is just comfortable. The Lasher family puts their heart into this place and it shows. It's a unique spot on 2nd Street that's one of my favorites to visit.

Such great service! We were there with a huge wedding party rehearsal dinner on a Friday night, maybe about 30 of us. I wish I could remember our servers names, they were just wonderful. Good food & wine, to & comfortable atmosphere. Parking a bit challenging, but doable.

Friendly, efficient service. Dog friendly patio. Good risotto, but Monte Cristo was not what we expected (basically a ham, egg and cheese sandwich). A little pricey. They changed menus ( to higher prices) while we were reading the menu..

Best breakfast in Long Beach. The cowboy hash was excellent and loaded with a variety of meats. In fact it didn't have enough potatoes in it. Next time I'll ask for more potatoes in the hash. I got it with poached eggs, but the dish is so juicy with flavorful liquid at the bottom, that next time I'll get scrambled eggs with it, since the poached eggs made the whole dish too runny. The Monte Cristo sandwich was also good.
